Materials for Shanghai Characteristic Mobile Toilets

Admin October 02, 2026

The main materials for Shanghai characteristic mobile toilets include metal carved panels, galvanized pipe keels, stainless steel brackets, fire-resistant painted panels, PVC ceiling panels, aluminum alloy buckle panels, color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, stainless steel, and asphalt shingles, among others. Each material has its own functional orientation and performance characteristics.

Skeletal Structure Materials
Galvanized pipe keels and stainless steel brackets are the core supporting structures of mobile toilets. Galvanized pipes form an anti-corrosion layer through hot-dip galvanizing, effectively resisting oxidation and corrosion in humid environments and extending service life. Stainless steel brackets (such as 304 or 316 stainless steel) ensure the stability of the overall structure under strong winds or external impacts with their high strength and wind pressure resistance. Together, they form a rigid framework that provides reliable support for walls and decorative layers.

Wall and Exterior Materials
Color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, and stainless steel are typical representatives of wall materials. Color-coated steel sheets are composed of galvanized steel sheets and polyurethane sandwich layers, offering both lightweight and thermal insulation properties, but long-term exposure to ultraviolet light can lead to surface coating aging. Fiberglass-reinforced plastics (glass fiber-reinforced plastics) are molded through resin curing, offering advantages such as corrosion resistance and ease of molding at a lower cost, but their impact resistance is weaker than that of metal materials. Stainless steel walls (such as 304 stainless steel) are highly corrosion-resistant, smooth, and easy to clean, but their material cost is higher and they are mostly used in high-end scenarios. Metal carved panels, as a new type of exterior wall material, combine aluminum-zinc alloy substrates with surface carving techniques to achieve waterproof, moisture-proof, and high-temperature resistance properties, while enhancing appearance aesthetics through three-dimensional textures.

Interior Decorative Materials
Fire-resistant painted panels, PVC ceiling panels, and aluminum alloy buckle panels are used for interior decoration. Fire-resistant painted panels use high-density boards as substrates, coated with fire-resistant paint to meet B1 fire resistance standards, while offering a variety of color options. PVC ceiling panels, made from polyvinyl chloride, are moisture-proof, mold-proof, and easy to clean, suitable for high-humidity environments. Aluminum alloy buckle panels are treated with anodizing to form a protective film, offering strong corrosion resistance and enabling quick assembly and disassembly through modular design.

Roof Waterproofing Materials
Asphalt shingles are the key material for waterproofing the roofs of mobile toilets. They use glass fiber as a base, covered with modified asphalt and mineral granules, and are connected to steel structure roofs through precision welding processes, combined with silicone sealing treatment to form multiple waterproof barriers, effectively solving the problem of leakage in traditional materials.
