Shaanxi Mobile Toilet Assembly and Disassembly

Admin September 20, 2026

The assembly and disassembly process of mobile toilets in Shaanxi features modularity and standardization, ensuring efficient and convenient installation and removal. The specific procedures are as follows:

Installation Process

  1. Foundation Construction
The ground must be hardened with concrete to ensure it is solid, level, and has proper drainage. If the foundation consists of soft soil or uneven ground, steel plates should be laid in advance or reinforcement measures taken to prevent subsequent settlement from affecting the stability of the toilet.

  2. Main Structure Assembly

    • Modular Toilets: After positioning the chassis and frame, install the sandwich-panel walls and roof sequentially, securing them with bolts or clips. Wall installation typically takes 1-2 hours, with the modular design simplifying the assembly process.
    • Integrated Toilets: These have already undergone interior decoration and equipment integration at the factory. On-site, they only need to be hoisted into place and connected to water, electricity, and sewage pipes. The overall installation time can be reduced to 2-4 hours, significantly more efficient than modular toilets.
  3. Internal Facility Connection
Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks, etc. Quickly connect water and electricity lines through modular interfaces and perform sealing to prevent leaks. For waterless or biodegradable toilets, complex sewage pipe connections can be omitted.

  4. Functional Testing
Conduct flushing tests, electrical inspections, and leak checks to ensure all functions operate correctly. In winter, additional checks on the drainage system's freeze protection measures are necessary, while in summer, confirm the drainage efficiency of the non-slip floor.

Disassembly Process

  1. Disconnect Connections
Turn off the power and water valves, remove external water and electricity lines and sewage pipes, and clean and seal the connection points to prevent residue contamination.

  2. Remove Internal Facilities
Carefully dismantle reusable components (such as partitions and toilets) and package them separately for future use or maintenance.

  3. Dismantle Main Structure
Remove the roof, walls, and chassis in that order, taking care to protect the edges of the panels from damage. Integrated toilets require more caution during disassembly due to their high structural integration to prevent component damage.

  4. Clearance and Storage
Stack the components neatly for easy transportation and storage. A skilled team typically takes 1-3 hours to dismantle a standard modular toilet, while an integrated toilet may take less time due to its higher modularity.

Key Influencing Factors

  • Toilet Type: Integrated box-type toilets offer the quickest assembly and disassembly, while foldable or telescopic toilets are more efficient but slightly less durable.
  • Foundation Treatment: Ground conditions directly affect preparation time, with soft or uneven ground requiring additional hardening or reinforcement.
  • Supporting Facilities: Connecting to municipal sewage networks or dedicated septic tanks extends connection time, while eco-friendly toilets (such as biodegradable types) simplify the process.
  • Team Experience: Professional construction teams can significantly improve efficiency through standardized operations, reducing errors and rework.
