Installation of Mobile Foam Toilets in Scenic Spots
The installation of mobile foam toilets in scenic spots should be scientifically planned based on the characteristics of the equipment, its working principles, and operational maintenance requirements. The key points are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Assessment: Choose a flat area with good drainage, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation. If there are no drainage facilities in the scenic spot, reserve a cleaning passage for the sewage storage tank and ensure direct access for transport vehicles.
- Foundation Treatment: Toilet bodies made of lightweight building materials can be placed directly on hardened ground, but the flatness of the ground must be checked to prevent equipment damage or abnormal operation due to tilting.
- Environmental Adaptation: Adjust equipment configuration according to the climatic conditions of the scenic spot. For example, in extremely cold areas (below -40℃), add insulation layers or select low-temperature-resistant foaming agents; in high-altitude areas, optimize the performance of the air pump to maintain foam stability.
II. Equipment Installation Process
- Structural Assembly: Install the toilet body, foaming device, control system, sewage storage tank, and ventilation and deodorization components in sequence. The toilet body and foaming cylinder must be sealed to prevent foam leakage.
- Pipeline Connection: Connect the foaming agent storage tank, air pump, and toilet through dedicated pipelines to ensure stable generation of fine foam by the gas-liquid mixing device. Keep pipelines away from high temperatures or sharp objects to prevent aging or damage.
- Electrical Debugging: Connect to a stable power supply (58W power, as in the case of the Keyang brand) and test the automated control functions of the microcomputer control system for foaming, lighting, and ventilation to ensure coordinated operation of all modules.
- Foam Testing: After starting the equipment, observe the foam generation speed, coverage uniformity, and lubricity. High-quality foam should completely cover waste, with single-use water consumption strictly controlled within 0.04 liters.
III. Operational Maintenance Points
- Consumables Management: Regularly replenish the foaming agent (considering foaming ability, biodegradability, and equipment compatibility) to avoid using inferior liquids that may cause pipeline blockage or corrosion.
- Equipment Inspection: Clean the toilet daily to prevent waste adhesion; check the air pump pressure, pipeline sealing, and sewage storage tank level weekly, and address abnormalities promptly.
- Emergency Response: If foam deficiency or odor resurgence occurs, immediately investigate faults in the gas-liquid mixing device or ventilation system and contact professionals for repair if necessary.
IV. Balancing Advantages and Limitations
Although this technology offers water-saving (80%-96% less water than traditional toilets) and odor-prevention advantages, it relies on a continuous power supply and consumables. In high-frequency usage scenarios (such as large events), additional backup equipment or shortened cleaning cycles are necessary to prevent overflow of the sewage storage tank and ensure usability.
