Scenic Spot Mobile Environmental Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

The scenic spot mobile environmental toilet is a movable and combinable public sanitation facility that employs environmental protection technologies to achieve water conservation and resource recycling. It features flexible deployment and is both environmentally friendly and efficient.

Technology Types and Water-Saving Solutions

There are various technology types for scenic spot mobile environmental toilets, mainly including waterless flushing, foam sealing, and water flushing solutions.

  • Waterless flushing does not require connection to water supply and drainage pipes. It treats excreta through biodegradation or physical sealing technologies, making it suitable for water-scarce or pipeless areas.
  • Foam sealing uses foaming liquid to cover the surface of excreta, blocking odors and reducing flushing water volume, resulting in significant water-saving effects.
  • Water flushing requires connection to pipes but achieves water conservation through rainwater collection and filtration systems and handwashing water secondary flushing technology. For example, handwashing water is recycled for toilet flushing, reducing water resource consumption.
    Some products are also equipped with intelligent systems, such as PLC data acquisition systems, LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting remote control of lighting and flushing systems via mobile apps to enhance management efficiency.

Structure and Materials

Structurally, the frame of mobile environmental toilets is mostly made of galvanized steel frames or welded national standard steel, with surfaces covered with color-coated steel plates, metal carved plates, and other anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials, offering a service life of over 20 years. Exterior wall materials can be selected based on the environment, such as metal carved plates and stainless steel plates, and are equipped with thermal insulation layers to adapt to different climatic conditions. Internally, they are configured with independent toilet pit partition treatment systems, non-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, ventilation and lighting systems, as well as standard facilities like coat hooks, vanity mirrors, and exhaust fans. Some products also offer optional air conditioners and air purifiers to enhance user comfort. For example, a 6-stall toilet donated by a Tibetan customer to their alma mater features a galvanized steel frame structure and a waterproof asphalt tile roof, with蹲便器 (squat toilets), handwashing basins, and exhaust fans inside; a four-stall toilet produced by Dezhou Hongtu has exterior walls made of thermal insulation metal carved plates and additional urinals in the men's toilet.

Application Scenarios and Advantages

These toilets have a wide range of application scenarios, covering scenic spots, service areas, rural areas, and other public places. They support vehicle-mounted and traditional public toilet renovations, with product forms including trailer-mounted, box-type, and stainless steel kiosk-type toilets. Their core advantages include:

  • Small footprint, suitable for areas with limited space;
  • Short construction period, enabling rapid deployment;
  • Reusability, reducing long-term costs;
  • Environmentally friendly materials, mostly recyclable panels, meeting sustainable development requirements.
    According to the Regulations on the Management of Public Toilets in Chengdu, large-scale events are required to set up such facilities to meet temporary needs, further demonstrating their flexibility and practicality.
