Scenic Area Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet

Admin September 22, 2026

The scenic area environmental protection mobile toilet is a movable, modular public sanitation facility that employs eco-friendly technologies. It is suitable for scenic spots, gardens, and other settings, featuring water conservation, resource recycling, and intelligent management capabilities.

Technical Solutions and Water-Saving Design

The mobile toilet incorporates various eco-friendly technical solutions, including waterless flushing, foam sealing, and water flushing. The waterless flushing system treats excreta through microbial degradation or physical separation, requiring no water. The foam sealing system uses foaming agents to cover the excreta surface, forming a seal to reduce odors and conserve water. The water flushing system achieves water conservation through optimized flushing mechanisms, such as low-pressure flushing. These solutions support resource recycling, with some models separating urine for green irrigation and converting feces into organic fertilizer after treatment, aligning with sustainable development principles.

Intelligent Configuration and Remote Management

Some high-end models integrate intelligent systems, including a bottom-layer PLC data acquisition system, a 40-inch LED toilet stall monitor, and a 4G remote monitoring module. Users can remotely control lighting and flushing systems via a mobile app, monitoring toilet stall occupancy, temperature, humidity, and air quality in real-time. For example, when toilet stall occupancy exceeds a threshold, the system can automatically trigger cleaning reminders or guide traffic flow, enhancing management efficiency.

Structural and Material Durability

The toilet frame is welded from national standard steel, covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, withstanding wind pressures of grade 8 or above and offering a service life exceeding 20 years. Internally, it features an independent toilet pit partitioned treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity to flow into a collection tank, while the feces channel employs a piston-type scraper mechanical device for automatic cleaning, reducing manual intervention. The floor uses non-slip tiles or epoxy flooring, paired with automatic flushing toilet bowls, exhaust fans, and LED lighting systems, ensuring safety and comfort during use.

Special Scenario Adaptation Design

For high-traffic scenic spots, the grille-style mobile toilet offers independent stalls equipped with partitions and rain-proof corridors, without gender separation to improve usage efficiency. The stalls are finely decorated and, in addition to basic sanitation facilities, can include shower functions to meet the needs of hikers or camping scenarios. Its design complies with the GBLT18091-92 standard, meeting public toilet specifications in terms of ventilation, lighting, and sewage discharge performance.
