Russian Prefabricated Housing Finished Products
Russian prefabricated housing finished products mainly include snow-field prefabricated scenic view houses, Russian-style prefabricated modular hotels, and rural prefabricated houses, among others.

The prefabricated scenic view houses on snowfields are specifically designed for tourists and leisure seekers, built on standardized modules. Their interior spaces have been redesigned to perfectly adapt to mountainous environments. These houses are transported by helicopter, demonstrating high standards of durability and energy efficiency. The panoramic windows face south, providing residents with an excellent viewing experience. The interior space is spacious, accommodating up to 8 people simultaneously. The design of modular architecture allows the houses to be easily assembled and disassembled, enabling flat-pack packaging, transportation, and on-site assembly within a few days, making them highly suitable for rapid construction in remote areas such as mountainous regions.
The Russian-style prefabricated modular hotel is located on the east bank of Lake Ladoga, with its core consisting of 15 exquisite private residences. Each house is cleverly combined from two modules to form an L-shaped area, which is both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The houses are equipped with large terraces, providing comfortable outdoor leisure spaces. The interior space is compact, accommodating up to four guests, and also features personal sauna bathrooms to meet the diverse needs of residents. The hotel is constructed using a prefabricated foundation and sequential concept, with diverse facade textures and finish materials made of impregnated pine wood, which is both environmentally friendly and durable.
The prefabricated houses in rural Russia focus more on practicality and economy. The foundation part of the houses adopts a pile foundation driven into the ground to ensure the stability of the houses. Sturdy wooden beams are fixed above the pile foundation to provide solid support for the floor and wall panel structures. The floor and wall panel structures are made of two compressed solid wood panels with a thick layer of foam insulation board sandwiched in between, ensuring both the strength of the houses and good thermal insulation performance. At the joint of the panels, foam adhesive is applied first, followed by the installation of wooden beams for splicing, and finally fixed with a pneumatic nail gun to ensure the stability and tightness of the house structure. These prefabricated houses are highly suitable for use in rural areas, being both economical and practical.
