Skylight Windows for Rural Mobile Toilets

Admin October 01, 2026

Skylight windows for rural mobile toilets mainly come in two materials: plastic-steel and aluminum alloy, and their design positions need to be reasonably planned.

Material Types

  • Plastic-Steel Material: There are special plastic-steel inward-tilting windows for mobile toilets. These windows are designed for moisture resistance and ventilation, adopting a top-hung window form and equipped with frosted glass. Frosted glass can ensure a certain level of light transmission while protecting privacy, making it suitable for rural mobile toilets. Its price is relatively affordable, at 220 yuan.
  • Aluminum Alloy Material: There are various aluminum alloy options for skylight windows in rural self-built house toilets. For example, there are aluminum alloy ultra-narrow sliding door toilet and bathroom glass doors with decorative pictures. This design not only provides light transmission but also serves a decorative function. Additionally, there are simple aluminum alloy small windows with screens, which can be used as bathroom exhaust and skylight windows, priced at 340 yuan. Aluminum alloy material has advantages such as high strength and corrosion resistance, enabling it to adapt to the relatively complex usage environment in rural areas.

Design Positions

  • Reasonable Planning of Positions: When building a self-built house or villa in rural areas, the position of the toilet skylight window can be planned in advance during the construction process. For example, glass skylight windows about a hand's width (15 centimeters) can be designed on the side of the washbasin, beside the toilet, under the ceiling, or on the roof. These positions can ensure light transmission effects without affecting the normal use and overall aesthetics of the toilet.
  • Attention to Exterior Wall Window Openings: When designing skylight windows, be careful not to randomly break through the exterior wall to create windows for light transmission. Randomly breaking through the exterior wall may damage the structural stability of the house and affect its safety performance. Windows should only be created in the walls of self-built houses and villas that are suitable, and the position and method of creating the openings must comply with building codes and safety requirements.
