Rural Mobile Toilet Production

Admin September 22, 2026

There are mainly three ways to produce mobile toilets in rural areas:

I. Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets First, prepare tools and materials, including water storage tanks, pallets, universal wheels, angle grinders, self-tapping screws, water pipes, toilets, faucets, stainless steel basins, etc. The specific steps are as follows:

  1. Install the mobile device: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet to ensure mobility.
  2. Process the water storage tank: Place the recycled water storage tank on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top to remove the top, forming an open tank. Invert and stack another open tank, fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws, and cut out a rectangular opening as the door.
  3. Install sanitary facilities: Drill a hole in the floor inside the tank, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe for sealing. Install and fix the toilet, and connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank. Fix the water pipe on the wall with clips and install a faucet. Make a hand-washing basin with a stainless steel basin and fix it. Connect the shower hose, install the shower bracket, toilet seat, and spray-type showerhead.
  4. Improve details: Make a door with wooden boards and water pipes, and install a door handle to ensure sealing and practicality. This method has a relatively low cost, but attention should be paid to the sealing and structural stability of the water storage tank to avoid water leakage or deformation.

II. Processing and Production Using Color Steel Plates/Metal Carved Plates This method is mainly based on industrial production, with color steel plates or metal carved plates as the core materials, featuring standardization and modularization.

  1. Material selection: Commonly used materials are color steel plates or metal carved plates, which have anti-rust and corrosion-resistant properties. Product specifications are diverse, such as 1.3×1.3×2.3 meters and 1.5×1.8×2.3 meters, and can be customized according to needs.
  2. Processing technology: Assemble the plates into the main body of the toilet through cutting, bending, welding, and other processes, and reserve space for the installation of sanitary facilities inside. This method has a short production cycle and a stable structure, but requires professional equipment and technical support, making it suitable for mass production or scenarios with high durability requirements.

III. Production of Exquisite Mobile Integrated Sanitary Rooms This method focuses on functionality and aesthetics and is suitable for rural scenarios with high quality requirements.

  1. Frame structure: Use hot-dip galvanized square tubes as the main frame to enhance corrosion resistance and load-bearing capacity.
  2. Walls and roof: Use double-colored metal carved plates for the walls (colors can be selected as desired), and design the roof as a four-slope roof to improve drainage efficiency and appearance.
  3. Internal configuration: Set up a squat toilet and a shower area, use an aluminum alloy glass single door, and arrange the space compactly and reasonably, with dimensions such as 1.2 meters wide and 1.5 meters long. This method has a relatively high cost but combines practicality and aesthetics, making it suitable for long-term use or placement in public areas.
