Customization Plan for Rural Mobile Toilets
Admin September 28, 2026
The customization plan for rural mobile toilets requires comprehensive consideration from multiple aspects such as design, construction preparation, construction process, and product examples. Below is the specific plan content:

I. Design Requirements
- Design Principles: Adhere to the principles of "adapting to local conditions, being economical and applicable, and ensuring hygiene and safety", taking into account the rural climate, terrain, and villagers' usage habits. For example, in rainy areas, the roof adopts a pitched design for easy drainage.
- Main Structure: Adopt a modular design, with a single toilet occupying an area of ≥1.2㎡ and a height of 2.2-2.5m to ensure sufficient operating space. The exterior uses neutral colors such as light gray and off-white to harmonize with the rural environment.
- Functional Zoning:
- Toilet Area: Equipped with a water-saving squat toilet (flush volume ≤6L/time), with a non-slip footrest and a reserved activity space of ≥0.6m in front.
- Wash Area: Integrated with a sink and water storage tank, using a push-type water-saving faucet and equipped with an anti-fog mirror.
- Management Area: Set up a tool storage cabinet and a septic tank cleaning port, equipped with a ventilation and exhaust device (air exchange rate ≥8 times/h).
- Material Selection: The main frame uses hot-dip galvanized square steel (40×40×2mm), the walls use lightweight composite wall panels (thickness ≥50mm, fire rating B1), and the floor is paved with non-slip tiles (300×300mm, with a 1% slope towards the drainage port). The septic tank adopts a three-chamber structure with an effective volume of ≥1.5m³, a wall thickness of ≥80mm, and is cast in place with C25 concrete.
- Functional Configuration: Optional sensor flushing devices (saving 60% water), a ventilation solution with a top exhaust fan + bottom air inlet. Special requirements such as a folding table for a母婴室 (maternity and child room), a 1.5-meter turning space reserved for barrier-free toilets, and an SOS call button connected to the management terminal installed inside.
II. Construction Preparation
- Personnel Training: Organize construction technicians to learn the "Technical Specifications for the Construction of Three-Chamber Toilets in Rural Areas" and prepare construction technical disclosure documents.
- Plan Formulation: Formulate differentiated foundation treatment plans for geological conditions such as clay, sand, and rock layers, and draw construction node diagrams (such as foundation reinforcement diagrams and septic tank structure diagrams).
- Material Preparation: Require hot-dip galvanized square steel, composite wall panels, C25 concrete, steel bars, non-slip tiles, water-saving squat toilets, UPVC drainage pipes, etc. The materials must comply with relevant standards (such as GB/T 3091, JC/T 644).
- Site Preparation: Clear the site, excavate temporary drainage ditches (300×400mm) and collection wells (diameter 500mm, depth 800mm), connect a 380V power supply (the distribution box is equipped with a leakage protector), and ensure that the construction water pressure is ≥0.2MPa.
III. Product Examples
Cangzhou Hengtai Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd. provides customization services. The product model is htcs-528, with specifications of 1200×1500×3000, suitable for temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 40℃.
