Production of Rural Mini Mobile Toilets

Rural mini mobile toilets can be made using water storage tanks and pallets or water storage barrels. The specific methods are as follows:

Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

1. Basic Frame Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom for easy mobility. Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top of the tank to remove the top, creating an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first tank, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
2. Doorway and Drainage Setup: Cut a rectangular opening measuring 180 cm in height and 50 cm in width as the doorway. Drill a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow, and connect a water pipe, sealing it properly. Trim off any excess pipe and position the toilet over the drainage outlet, securing it with adhesive.
3. Water System Installation: Secure water pipes with wall clamps, install a faucet, and fix a pipe cap with screws at the bottom. Connect the water pipes and create an opening at the bottom as the drainage outlet. Apply glass glue to the opening on the pipe cap and fix a stainless steel basin as the sink. Connect the toilet tank inlet pipe, shower hose, install the shower bracket, toilet seat, and a showerhead made from a water pipe.
4. Door Installation: Fix hinges on the water storage tank frame and attach a wooden board on the other side to form a door, installing a door handle.

Production Using Water Storage Barrels

1. Barrel Processing and Frame Construction: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board. Secure wooden strips to the upper side of the barrel with self-tapping screws to increase height. Use an angle grinder to cut an opening on the side of the barrel, install sponge strips on both sides of the opening to form a door frame, insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create an elevated wall, place the upper half of the barrel on top of the wooden strips to form a roof, and paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint.
2. Simple Door Production: Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door.
