The installation of container houses in Rudong requires selecting the appropriate installation method according to the specific type. Common types include assembled container panel houses and foldable container mobile houses. The following are the specific installation steps:

Installation of Assembled Container Panel Houses

1. Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting to ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, tighten the bolts.
2. Secondary Beam Installation: Install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning hole positions on the long beams. Fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, the top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams should be fixed with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws.
3. Floor Substrate Laying: Lay the floor substrate (magnesium oxide board) along the 6-meter direction. The end substrates are pre-punched and need to be cut at the marked chalk lines. Mark the center line of the π-shaped beams to prepare for laying the floor and nailing.
4. Floor Laying and Fixing: Start laying the floor from one end, making the joint between two floor panels coincide with the center line of the π-shaped beams. After laying the floor, snap chalk lines on the floor according to the center line mark of the π-shaped beams (two chalk lines are required at the joint, each deviating 20mm from the center line). Fix the floor along the chalk lines with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws, with a nailing interval of 300 - 350mm.
5. Floor Treatment: Sand the entire floor, especially the panel joints. Apply PVC special floor adhesive and wait for 10 - 15 minutes before laying the floor covering. Remove the air between the floor covering and the substrate. If possible, weld the joints of the floor covering.

Installation of Foldable Container Mobile Houses

1. Preparation: Check the stability of the steel wire ropes. Keep non-staff away from the installation area to avoid danger.
2. Main Frame Unfolding: Lift the main frame and unfold it smoothly. Then place support rods in the middle of the container to keep it stable.
3. Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws. Then push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
4. Lifting and Positioning: Lift the foldable container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.
