Admin September 12, 2026
  1. Qingdao Cruise Home Port "TEU Container Tribe"

Qingdao International Cruise Port Area is a main battlefield of Qingdao's three-year urban renewal and city-building campaign. As a key project for Shandong Port's cruise culture-tourism industry and a priority in the cruise port start-up zone, "TEU Container Tribe" is a supporting facility for the new cruise home-port passenger center. As a newly popular landmark in Qingdao, TEU Container Tribe will accelerate the integration of fashion resources and link with nearby camping bases and sports parks to build one of China's most complete container-structure creative commercial complexes for consumer services—forming replicable culture-tourism products and innovation symbols, further promoting cruise tourism and commercial outreach for the start-up zone, and aiming to become Qingdao's most fashion-forward youth gathering place and a new entertainment landmark of the island city.

TEU Container Tribe sits inside the cruise home-port inner harbor at No. 1 Gangzhou Road, Shibei District. Floor area is nearly 6,100 sqm. The whole is built from steel structure and container combination buildings, shaped like Tetris—compact, rational, and highly playful. So far it has signed merchants including Curiosity Museum, Ogawa's Home camping lifestyle store, Heart Sync youth sports club, TOUCH motorcycle club, Caffe Bene, Qingxiang Craft Beer, Houshai Coffee, and Jinshi Nianhua art studio. Projects inside blend family vacation, food and dining, leisure sports, lifestyle entertainment, shopping, aesthetics and art, and viral photo spots—drawing young urban crowds, trend pioneers, fashion lovers, and families across all ages into a one-stop city life service space for eating, drinking, playing, and shopping.

  1. Shanghai Jiao Tong University "Chuangxiang 600" Container Sci-Tech Park

Co-built maker spaces and enterprise co-innovation studios of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Student Innovation Center (Entrepreneurship College), Cultural Creativity College, Media Communication College, Design College, and others, plus offices and project exchange/display space for IP management companies and partner fund firms. Shanghai Jiao Tong University Science Park is among the first National University Science Parks jointly named by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education. As an off-campus entrepreneurship base of SJTU, Chuangxiang 600 Park offers an integrated "carrier + technology + service + investment" chain of services—a source of tech-achievement conversion for faculty, students, and alumni, building Chuangxiang 600 into a highland for science-tech and cultural creativity.

"Chuangxiang 600" is assembled from brightly colored containers; from above it looks like scattered Rubik's cubes. Total area is 200 mu. The open park cleverly blends bay edge, terraces, greenery, and docks—pleasant surroundings and convenient transport.

  1. Shanghai Baoshan Wisdom Bay Sci-Tech Creative Park

Project name: Shanghai Wisdom Bay Technology Creative Park

Site area: 230 mu

Building area: ≄4,167 sqm; container count: ≄500

Developer: Shanghai Kefang Investment Co., Ltd.

Construction period: gradually expanded since 2016

Wisdom Bay Sci-Tech Creative Park is at No. 6 Wenchuan Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, covering about 230 mu. It has been upgraded in multiple phases and officially opened in September 2016. Its predecessors were Chongqing Light Textile Group Shanghai Sanmao International Online Shopping Plaza, a municipal materials company yard, and Huzhuang Village committee. Responding to Shanghai's urban transformation and renewal, Wisdom Bay is a core build zone of Baoshan's "No. 1 Sci-Tech Bay." The park focuses on new-tech industries—especially 3D printing, smart manufacturing, VR/AR, and artificial intelligence—aiming for deep fusion of cultural creativity and scientific innovation, growing cultural market players, and fostering new cultural formats and consumption models. It builds an industrial public-service platform integrating design, R&D, testing, experiment, certification, incubation, tech finance, and international connection.

Wisdom Bay stacks colorful containers up and down and opens them left and right, joining like building blocks into a two-story "office building." Floor-to-ceiling windows look onto greenery; the second floor has wide terraces for distant views in free moments; the ground level is an open parking area. Designers applied professional insulation and heat treatment so indoor temperatures stay comfortable. Wisdom Bay is a personalized custom new-style park, a park where new science meets art, and a 24-hour youth vitality zone.

  1. Shanghai Qibao Debi Easy Park Container Creative Park

The creative park at No. 6 Huazhong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, was once an old factory. Shanghai Debi Cultural Creative Industry Development (Group) Co., Ltd. redeveloped the Les Enphants old factory into a cultural creative industry park of about 4,167 sqm integrating creativity, innovation, nature, fashion, and industry. Inside Qibao Debi Easy Park stands an 1,800 sqm office building made of containers—with a climbing wall and basketball court outside and a large public activity space on the roof. Young founders call it a creative park with both beauty and inspiration, favored by many cultural-creative and sci-tech firms.

  1. Guangzhou Xueshan Cultural Creative Valley

Xueshan Cultural Creative Valley in Yongtai Village, Yongping Street, covers about 12,500 sqm. One creative zone is stacked from multiple containers; discarded containers of different sizes are staggered and reused so the whole park looks creative from the outside.

Xueshan Cultural Creative Valley was formerly five village-community industrial parks in Yongtai Village; the site is now divided into functional zones A, B, C, D, and E. According to Zhu Zhongxian, the Geek Creative Living Space remade from containers sits in Zone A of Xueshan Cultural Industry Valley and on the rooftop PV power area of Zone B. Floor area is nearly 4,167 sqm, assembled from more than 130 containers, with nearly 200 office units of various layouts—focused on startup incubators, coworking, and small new-industry offices, popular with young makers.

Geek Creative Living Space is in Zone D of Xueshan Cultural Industry Park and also spreads across Zone B rooftops, covering nearly 4,167 sqm with nearly 200 office units—modern, fashionable, and creative. The setting is pleasant with full amenities, giving each enterprise a unique leisure office-living space.

Zone B2 Phase 1 total area 2,778 sqm, 130 independent offices; tenant focus: cultural creative industry companies

Zone D Phase 2: 26 independent creative offices; tenant focus: smart home / IT / cultural creativity

Zone D Phase 3: 26 independent creative offices; tenant focus: smart home / IT / cultural creativity

  1. Donghai Live-Streaming E-Commerce Industrial Park

Donghai Live-Streaming E-Commerce Industrial Park is a new professional-market model covering online merchants and online goods, spanning brand, design, processing, logistics, financing, training, and more—mainly supplying e-commerce practitioners with a supply-chain platform and incubation services. The park aims to build an e-commerce ecosystem integrating R&D, smart manufacturing, sales, warehousing and logistics, and training, driving high-quality e-commerce growth and supporting employment, industry, and consumption poverty relief.

The cross-border e-commerce cluster is a viral commercial street made as a container block. East of the container street is the cross-border e-commerce trading center; south are Taojing Plaza, the Douyin BIC integrated operations center, and other supply-chain, testing, and logistics venues—strong influencer vibe that draws many residents to visit and take photos. Cross-border live streaming often targets overseas audiences; because of time zones, evening slots bring more viewers, livelier rooms, and better revenue. Evening is peak internet time; hosts stream to domestic and international audiences at once and can switch between English and Chinese anytime.
