Rhine Sunshine Prefabricated Housing
Rhine Sunshine Prefabricated Housing includes three main types: the 'Egg House' movable house, light steel villas, and sunshine board houses, each with unique features and suitable scenarios.

The 'Egg House' movable house is a prefabricated micro-building independently designed and produced in China, with an area of less than 15 square meters. It comes with fully furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, and other amenities. It was custom-built for the 'Japanese Ministry of Construction's' Mount Fuji cultural tourism project and has been installed at the foot of Mount Fuji. It adopts a prefabricated steel-wood structure, with wooden shingles as the exterior cladding and a predominantly white interior finish. The bathroom features an integrated bathroom unit. It can be used as supporting guest rooms in campsites, scenic hotels, and B&Bs, or as tea rooms, study rooms, or meditation spaces. Its overall structure is sturdy and can adapt to various terrains and environments. Installation is carried out through prefabricated industrial production and overall hoisting on-site, allowing for good adaptability to different sites, reducing damage to the site itself during construction, and enabling the entire structure to be relocated as needed for operational purposes.
Light steel villas, originating from the United States, are new types of houses produced by machinery and equipment, with a lightweight steel structure as the load-bearing system and an elegant appearance. In terms of safety, they are earthquake-resistant up to magnitude 9, meeting national earthquake resistance requirements; they have typhoon resistance capabilities, withstanding typhoons of magnitude 12 without incident, and can be reinforced on islands; they can withstand heavy snowfall, with a design load-bearing capacity of 1.5 meters of snow accumulation, making it safe to place solar equipment on the roof. In terms of comfort, they are designed according to regional characteristics, with a focus on insulation in the north and heat insulation and moisture resistance in the south, ensuring warmth in winter and coolness in summer. In terms of cost-effectiveness, house components are produced in workshops with a high degree of mechanization, resulting in high production efficiency, good quality, and relatively low prices; the materials selected are environmentally friendly, with 90% of them being recyclable; installation is fast, with the construction period for a 200 square meter villa not exceeding 2 months, saving labor costs. In terms of aesthetics and longevity, they come in a variety of styles, shapes, and colors, with flexible indoor layout options, and the main structure has a service life of 90 years. During construction, after selecting a manufacturer for production, the foundation is built, and the house is transported to the site for installation according to the drawings, a simple and time-saving process.
Sunshine board houses, as a type of movable board house, adopt electrostatic spraying and plastic spraying processes, with an integrated welded structure and a load-bearing capacity of up to 150kg/m². They are easy to transport and can be reused multiple times while still looking new. They are transported by road, with flexible delivery service negotiations available. They come in various appearances, including single-story, double-story, K-type, and T-type designs, with options for support rod materials such as color-coated steel, profiled steel, and composite materials, ensuring sturdiness and stability.
