Renovation of the Container Hall at the Government Service Center: The Government Service Center of Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, has undertaken a cost-consulting project for the renovation of its container hall. The project owner is the Government Service Center of Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, with a budget of 350,000 yuan. The winning bidder is Guangdong Zhongkai Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 5,000 yuan. This indicates that the Qingxi Town Government is actively exploring the rational application of container houses by transforming them into government service halls, showcasing both innovation and practicality, and potentially saving on construction costs to some extent. Container houses offer advantages such as rapid construction and high mobility, enabling them to quickly meet the functional requirements of the government service center and provide residents with more convenient service venues.
