Pu'er Foam-Sealing Mobile Toilet
The Pu'er foam-sealing mobile toilet is a water-saving mobile toilet that uses foam instead of water for flushing. It features water conservation, odor isolation, anti-clogging, and no need for a sewer network, making it suitable for various waterless or special environmental scenarios.

Core Working Principle
The toilet uses a microcomputer to control the mixing of a foaming agent with water (at a ratio of approximately 1:1000), automatically generating high-density foam that fills the toilet bowl and continuously covers its surface. Its liquid level maintenance system ensures the stability of the foam layer, preventing functional failure due to foam reduction. This design replaces traditional water flushing methods, significantly reducing water consumption at the source.
Core Advantages
- Ultra Water-Saving and Environmentally Friendly: Water consumption per use is less than 50 milliliters, with a water-saving rate of 90%–98%. There is almost no sewage discharge, significantly reducing water resource consumption and sewage treatment pressure.
- Dual Odor Isolation and Hygiene: The foam layer directly blocks the return of odors, and the sewage outlet uses flexible sealing technology for secondary odor prevention, ensuring a virtually odor-free and fly-free usage environment.
- Anti-Clogging and Visual Cleanliness: The strong lubricity of the foam allows waste to slide down smoothly without adhering to the inner walls of the toilet bowl, reducing the risk of clogging. Users only see white foam, avoiding direct contact with waste and enhancing the user experience.
- Intelligent Operation and Maintenance: Equipped with infrared sensing, automatic foam replenishment, fault self-diagnosis, and low-foam alerts, it reduces manual intervention. Fault self-diagnosis can quickly locate problems, facilitating maintenance.
Environmental Adaptability and Extended Functions
- Cold Region Adaptation: Optional low-temperature foaming liquid and heating systems allow normal operation in environments ranging from -20°C to -30°C, expanding the geographical range of use.
- Flexible Waste Disposal: In scenarios without a sewer network, waste can be discharged into a collection tank for periodic emptying. When connected to a sewer network, it can be directly discharged into a septic tank or municipal pipeline. If equipped with a biodegradation module, it can achieve no need for emptying, further reducing operational and maintenance costs.
- Energy Self-Sufficiency and Landscape Integration: Supports photovoltaic self-power supply, suitable for scenic spots or campsites without electricity. The biodegradation system is odorless, leak-proof, and supports landscape customization, blending naturally with the surrounding environment.
Typical Application Scenarios
These include scenic spots, parks, campsites, cultural tourism projects, construction sites, wilderness areas, temporary events (such as exhibitions and music festivals), as well as waterless or sewer-less areas and cold regions. Its modular design and rapid installation capabilities enable quick responses to temporary or mobile needs, while a 15-year service life ensures long-term economic efficiency.
