Introduction to Professional Mobile Toilets

Admin October 06, 2026

Professional mobile toilets are public sanitation facilities designed based on new materials and water-saving technologies, featuring durable structures, efficient water conservation, and diverse functions, suitable for various public settings.

1. Structure and Materials
The main structure is welded using national standard steel (such as high-quality galvanized square tubes and galvanized steel sheets), with surfaces covered in anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials, including color-coated steel sheets, metal carved panels, stainless steel sheets, or aluminum-plastic composite panels, offering a service life of over 20 years. Some designs enhance durability with high-density keels, while floors are laid with anti-slip tiles and walls use bamboo-wood fiber panels, balancing environmental protection and aesthetics. For cold regions in the north, insulation layers (such as 4+ standards) are added inside walls, and entrance doors are made of thickened titanium-magnesium alloy, paired with 304 stainless steel squat toilets and PE energy-saving water tanks to improve freeze resistance.

2. Water-Saving and Sewage Treatment Technologies
By automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents, a flushing effect is achieved with only 0.46 liters of water per person. Some models are equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, utilizing biofilm technology to accelerate fecal decomposition, with treated water recyclable for flushing. Sewage treatment methods are diverse:

  • Recirculating Water Flush Type: Equipped with fecal sewage treatment devices, adding biological agents for recycled water use;
  • Dry Packaging Type: Without water flushing devices, excreta is collected in biodegradable plastic bags, automatically replaced after use, and centrally collected for treatment;
  • Other types include foam sealing, water-saving flush, waterless rechargeable, and microbial types, supporting technical routes such as water flush direct discharge and foam sealing direct discharge.

3. Functional Configurations

  • Standard Configurations: Toilets (urinals), coat hooks, grooming mirrors, waste bins, lighting, exhaust fans, door locks, occupancy indicators, etc.;
  • Optional Configurations: Heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, freeze protection systems, heating systems, background music, hand basins, water-saving faucets, etc.;
  • Smart Systems: Utilizing smart control and insulation systems, equipped with upper and lower water tanks, achieving low-water flushing (0.46 to 1.5 liters per person) by adding water-saving special agents.

4. Adaptability and Safety
Compliant with GBLT18091-92 standards, supporting overall hoisting, occupying a small footprint, with short construction periods and reusability. Optimized designs for different climatic conditions, such as thickened doors and insulation layers in cold northern regions, ensure stable equipment operation.

5. Application Scenarios
Suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, new residential communities, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets, covering sub-categories such as antique-style, temporary construction site, and marine types, supporting vehicle-mounted and traditional public toilet renovations.

6. Technological Development
Gradually developed since the third public toilet revolution (from the 1990s to the end of the 20th century), forming technical routes such as waterless flush, foam sealing, and water flush types, with an industrial chain involving over 20 production enterprises in Liaoning, Shanghai, Hebei, and other regions.
