Prefabricated Slab House Balcony Structure Diagram
Currently, a direct prefabricated slab house balcony structure diagram cannot be provided, but the structure types and characteristics can be introduced based on textual descriptions.

For balconies of brick-concrete structure houses built in the 1980s, the floor slabs may be either prefabricated slabs or cast-in-place slabs. Among them, the structural arrangements of prefabricated balcony slabs mainly include two types: cantilevered slab type and cantilevered beam type.
Cantilevered slab type balconies are generally divided into integral slab type balconies. This type of balcony is an integral prefabricated component with a high degree of prefabrication. Its structural feature lies in the fact that the balcony slab is prefabricated as a whole. During installation, the reserved steel bars are anchored into the beam to complete the connection and fixation. This structural form is relatively simple to construct, has good integrity, and can better withstand the loads on the balcony, such as the weight generated by people's activities and placing items. However, due to its integral prefabrication, special attention needs to be paid during transportation and hoisting to avoid damage to the balcony slab due to collisions and other reasons.
Cantilevered beam type balconies can be divided into composite slab type balconies and integral beam type balconies. The integral beam type balcony is also an integral prefabricated component with a high degree of prefabrication. It is connected to the main structure by anchoring the reserved steel bars into the beam. This connection method can ensure a reliable load-transfer path between the balcony and the main structure of the house, enabling the balcony to effectively transfer the loads to the main structure when bearing them. The composite slab type balcony combines the advantages of prefabrication and cast-in-place construction. First, part of the structure is prefabricated, and then cast-in-place construction is carried out on site, making the connection between the balcony and the main structure tighter and the overall performance better, and enabling it to better adapt to different usage requirements and load conditions.
In the actual design and construction of prefabricated slab house balcony structures, it is necessary to reasonably select the structural form of the balcony according to factors such as the specific situation of the house, usage requirements, and load magnitude, and carry out design and construction in strict accordance with relevant norms and standards to ensure the safety and reliability of the balcony structure.
