Prefabricated Single-Story House
Admin September 18, 2026
The construction plan for a prefabricated single-story house should be systematically advanced from five aspects: overall construction deployment, organizational design, site preparation, production control, and main construction processes. The specific key points are as follows:

1. Overall Construction Deployment
- Quality Objectives: Strictly adhere to the 'Technical Specification for Prefabricated Concrete Structures' and design documents to ensure a 100% pass rate for sub-projects and an excellent rate of ≥95% for key processes. The foundation concrete strength should reach above C30, with a vertical deviation of ≤3mm/m for the installation of prefabricated components and a surface flatness of ≤5mm/2m.
- Safety Objectives: Achieve 'zero deaths and zero serious injuries', with the minor injury rate controlled within 3‰. The certification rate for special operation personnel and the compliance rate for temporary construction electricity should both reach 100%.
- Progress Objectives: The total construction period is 120 calendar days, including 45 days for the production of prefabricated components, 50 days for on-site installation, and 25 days for decoration. The critical path is: foundation construction → main structure installation → roofing works → completion acceptance.
- Cost Objectives: Control the unit construction cost within 1800 yuan/㎡, reduce material waste to below 3% through factory production, and increase machinery utilization to above 85%.
2. Organizational Design
- Establish a project management department with five specialized teams: technical, production, quality and safety, materials, and logistics, clarifying division of labor and collaboration mechanisms.
- Organize a design drawing review, focusing on the prefabricated component splitting plan, node connection details, and reserved hole locations to ensure design feasibility.
- Utilize BIM technology for virtual construction, completing component collision detection, lifting path planning, and progress simulation analysis to optimize the construction plan.
3. Site Preparation
- Site leveling should meet a foundation bearing capacity of ≥150kPa, a drainage slope of ≥2%, and a temporary road width of ≥4m to ensure transportation and lifting safety.
- Reasonably arrange temporary facilities, dividing the site into component stacking areas, material warehouses, and lifting operation areas to avoid interference from cross-operations.
4. Production Control
- Use CNC stirrup benders for steel bar processing, with a dimensional deviation of ≤±5mm to ensure component accuracy.
- For mold acceptance, the gap between steel mold joints should be ≤0.5mm, with a flatness of ≤2mm/m to prevent concrete pouring defects.
- Adopt pump delivery for concrete pouring, controlling the vibration time at 30-45s/point to ensure compactness.
- Factory inspection should cover appearance quality, dimensional deviation, and strength requirements, with non-conforming products strictly prohibited from leaving the factory.
5. Main Construction Processes
- Foundation Construction Phase: Complete excavation, foundation treatment, steel bar binding, formwork installation, and concrete pouring, focusing on controlling axis positioning and embedded part installation accuracy.
- Main Structure Installation Phase: Lift prefabricated components in the designed order, using temporary supports for fixation to ensure verticality and flatness meet standards.
- Decoration Phase: Prioritize roof waterproofing and insulation layers, then complete interior and exterior wall plastering, door and window installation, and floor paving.
