Prefabricated Modular Structure House Diagram
Currently, a direct diagram of the prefabricated modular structure house is not available, but its structural characteristics and assembly methods can be described in text.

Prefabricated modular structure houses are a form of construction where house components are prefabricated in a factory and then transported to the site for assembly. Taking the cement 'prefabricated houses' in rural areas of Henan as an example, their assembly process is as quick and efficient as building with Lego bricks. The components of these houses undergo standardized production in the factory, ensuring controllable quality and high precision, which reduces errors and uncertainties during on-site construction.
In terms of structural characteristics, prefabricated modular houses typically adopt a modular design. Each module has independent functions and structural integrity, such as wall modules, floor modules, and roof modules. Wall modules may be made of reinforced concrete or lightweight panels, with pre-embedded water and electricity pipeline conduits inside for convenient subsequent installation and use. Floor modules are designed with different thicknesses and load-bearing capacities according to design requirements to meet the usage needs of the house. Roof modules can be designed into flat roofs or pitched roofs based on different architectural styles.
Regarding the assembly method, workers first construct a chassis frame on-site, which serves as the foundation structure of the entire house, ensuring its stability and safety. After the chassis frame is built, wall modules are lifted one by one and fixed onto the chassis using methods such as bolt connections or welding to tightly integrate the walls with the chassis. Next, floor modules are installed by placing them on top of the wall modules and then securing and sealing them to prevent rainwater leakage. Subsequently, roof modules are installed, with corresponding installation methods adopted according to the roof design form, such as using waterproof membranes for flat roofs and tiles for pitched roofs. Finally, doors and windows are installed, and interior decoration is carried out to complete the construction of the entire house.
This type of prefabricated modular structure house offers advantages such as fast construction speed, controllable quality, and environmental protection and energy efficiency, and has been widely applied in rural areas and temporary construction fields.
