Prefabricated Houses in Guangdong
Prefabricated houses in Guangdong are developing well, with significant advantages and achievements in multiple aspects.

Outstanding Export Performance: Guangdong's prefabricated house enterprises have achieved remarkable export results. In the first seven months of this year, the Shatian Customs under the Huangpu Customs District supervised the export of 23 batches of modular houses, with a total value of 548 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.3 times. In the first four months of this year, enterprises across the country exported movable houses worth 1.68 billion yuan through Shenzhen ports, a year-on-year increase of 19.6%. The products were exported to more than 150 countries and regions. This indicates that Guangdong's prefabricated houses have strong competitiveness in the international market and are widely recognized.
Strong Production and Delivery Capabilities: Guangdong's prefabricated house enterprises possess strong production and delivery capabilities. For example, Guangdong CIMC Construction Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has independently developed an integrated steel structure modular building system. Its products cover a diverse range of categories and have a market presence in more than 20 countries and regions. The average annual output value of modular buildings can reach 77.458 million yuan, and the delivery value of modular buildings in the first half of this year reached 59.772 million yuan. The China Construction HaiLong Intelligent Construction Industrial Park can deliver 20,000 to 30,000 modules annually. Compared with traditional construction, the construction period of modular buildings can be shortened by more than 60%. The strong production and delivery capabilities enable Guangdong's prefabricated house enterprises to meet market demands in a timely manner and increase their market share.
Wide Range of Application Scenarios: Guangdong's prefabricated houses have a rich variety of application scenarios. In a public housing project in Shenzhen, Guangdong, five residential buildings nearly 100 meters high were assembled from 6,028 concrete modules. The project's completion and delivery period was reduced from 2.5 to 3 years to 1 year, and the on-site labor force was reduced by about 50%. This demonstrates the advantages of prefabricated houses in the field of public housing construction, which can improve construction efficiency, reduce construction costs, and provide new ideas and methods for solving housing problems.
