Construction Plan for Prefabricated House Wall Panels
Admin September 18, 2026
The construction plan for prefabricated house wall panels can be divided into three types based on the type of wall panels: prefabricated PC wall panels, EMC prefabricated hollow composite shear walls, and prefabricated strip wall panels (ALC). The specific construction key points are as follows:

I. Construction Plan for Prefabricated PC Wall Panels
- Pre-installation Preparation: Precisely machine the positioning reinforcement to ensure accurate alignment between the prefabricated wall reinforcement and the column. According to the positioning diagram of embedded bolts, mark the positions of diagonal support embedments on the cast-in-place surface layer of the floor slab.
- Lifting Key Points: Use a modular lifting beam to connect the steel wire rope to the reserved lifting rings on the exterior wall panel via shackles. Check the appearance and lifting ring connections when lifted to a height of 500mm, and use a tag line to control the descent speed when lifted to 600mm above the working layer.
- Diagonal Support Installation: Connect the diagonal support rods to the prefabricated wall panel and the bolts or steel reinforcement rings on the cast-in-place slab via bolts, and use adjustable bolt rods for temporary fixation.
- Precise Adjustment: Use long and short diagonal support adjustment rods to correct the verticality, horizontal position, and elevation; calibrate in the parallel direction using the control lines on the floor slab surface, and adjust in the vertical direction relying on short diagonal supports.
- Final Work: Pour structural concrete after installing fixed corner brackets, and finally apply sealant for finishing.
II. Construction Plan for EMC Prefabricated Hollow Composite Shear Walls
- Construction Process: Transfer control axes β Mark lines on the floor slab β Measure horizontal elevations β Connect post-inserted reinforcement β Check wall body lap reinforcement β Lift into position β Install diagonal supports β Release hooks β Verify position and elevation β Bind reinforcement in the cast-in-place section β Clean joints β Erect formwork β Fix vertical hole reinforcement β Pour concrete (vertical holes, vertical post-cast sections β floor slab composite layer).
- Key Processes:
- Lifting into Position: Ensure alignment between the wall panel and the control lines to avoid misalignment.
- Horizontal Joint Treatment: Clean the joints and then erect formwork to prevent concrete leakage.
- Vertical Hole Concrete Pouring: Adopt a layered vibration process to ensure compactness.
III. Construction Plan for Prefabricated Strip Wall Panels (ALC)
- Construction Process: Mark lines for positioning β Install connectors β Install panels in the order specified in the layout diagram (prioritize door openings) β Adjust verticality and flatness β Wedge with wooden wedges β Install mechanical and electrical pipelines β Treat joints for crack prevention (fill with adhesive material, apply fiberglass cloth, plaster with mortar) β Clean the wall surface β Apply decorative finish.
- Key Details:
- Panel Installation: Reserve a gap of 30-60mm at the bottom and use mortar for bedding; select solid rib areas for wooden wedges and remove and fill them after 3 days.
- Door Jamb Treatment: Use whole panels for widths β₯400mm and >800mm; cast-in-place for widths <200mm; set flat steel for door openings >1500mm, embed door head panels for β€1500mm, and fix with M10 bolts or U-shaped clips.
- Crack Prevention Measures: Apply anti-crack mesh in the joint grooves and plaster with mortar on the exterior side.
