House Prefabricated Pile Driving Construction
The construction of prefabricated pile driving for houses mainly includes the following steps:

1. Construction Preparation and Site Leveling
Before construction, conduct an underground pipeline survey, remove obstacles or take protective measures to prevent damage to existing facilities. The site should be leveled and equipped with a systematic drainage system to prevent surface water from flowing into the foundation reinforcement area. At the same time, reasonably plan the position of construction machinery lane changes to ensure that the site meets the requirements of 'three supplies and one leveling' (water supply, power supply, road access, and site leveling). After site leveling, fill a working layer as the foundation platform for the pipe pile driver, with the platform height being 20-30 centimeters higher than the pile top elevation to provide a stable working surface.
2. Surveying and Setting Out, and Pile Position Rechecking
Measure and set out pile positions according to the design drawings, mark the center points with bamboo or wooden stakes, and obtain confirmation from the supervision unit before construction. To prevent pile position displacement caused by the self-weight of the pile driver squeezing the soil, recheck the pile positions before formal pile driving to ensure that the planar positional error does not exceed 50 millimeters.
3. Pipe Pile Stacking and Loading/Unloading Management
When pipe piles arrive at the site, quality certification documents must be provided and approved by the supervisor and quality inspector before stacking. The stacking site should be flat and firm to prevent uneven settlement. Pipe piles should be lifted using a two-hook lifting method and anti-slip and anti-rolling measures should be taken during stacking. The number of stacking layers should not exceed 3 to avoid damage to the piles due to improper stacking.
4. Pipe Pile Driver Positioning and Verticality Control
The pile driver should be aligned with the pile position and adjusted to a horizontal and stable state to ensure no tilting or movement during construction. The driving sequence is usually longitudinal along the line, progressing from the middle to both sides. When feeding the pile, use a five-point pre-static pressure method for lifting, and the verticality deviation of the pile tip when inserted into the pile position should be controlled within 0.5%.
5. Pile Section Pressing and Pile Connection Technology
After starting the pile pressing cylinder, the pile body pressing speed should not exceed 2 meters per minute. After reaching the designed pile pressing force, maintain a stable load to ensure that each pile is pressed continuously to the bottom in one go. Pile connection methods include mechanical connections (screw-lock, pin-type, and meshing-type) and welding, with the specific process determined through testing. For mechanical connections, evenly apply epoxy resin to the pile head before connection to ensure connection quality.
6. Static Pile Driving Construction and Data Recording
During pile driving, continuously monitor the verticality of the pile body (deviation < 1%) and the alignment accuracy of the pile end (deviation < 20 millimeters). If the pile tip encounters hard objects, handle them promptly before continuing pile driving. Record the penetration depth of each pile section and the pressure gauge readings in detail to provide a basis for subsequent quality acceptance.
