Prefabricated House Steel Bar Machinery

Admin September 18, 2026

Prefabricated house steel bar machinery mainly includes equipment related to the two major processes of steel bar processing and framework manufacturing, enabling efficient processing and precise connection of steel bars.

In terms of steel bar processing, there are various specialized machines. Steel bar strengthening machines, such as cold drawing machines, are used to enhance the strength of steel bars. Through the cold drawing process, steel bars are stretched through specific molds at room temperature, causing changes in their internal microstructure and thereby improving their mechanical properties such as tensile strength to meet the structural strength requirements of prefabricated houses. Shaping machines include straightening and cutting machines and bending machines. Straightening and cutting machines can straighten bent steel bars and cut them to the set length, ensuring the accuracy of steel bar dimensions; bending machines can bend steel bars into various required shapes, such as the shape of stirrups, to meet the different structural needs of prefabricated components. Welding machines, like spot welding machines, are mainly used for welding the intersections of steel bars. In the production of steel bar meshes or frameworks for prefabricated houses, the intersections of steel bars need to be fixed by welding. Spot welding machines can quickly and accurately weld the intersections firmly, ensuring the integrity of the steel bar structure. Prestressing machines are used to apply tensile force to steel bars in advance. During the production of prefabricated components, applying prestress to steel bars through prestressing machines can generate an opposite stress in the components when they are subjected to external forces, thereby improving the crack resistance and stiffness of the components.

In the manufacturing process of prefabricated steel bar frameworks, fully automated mechanical equipment is used. First, spring-like steel bars (used for temporary fixation) are tied to the main steel bars with binding wires, and then the fully automated machine completes the binding and shaping of the framework. This equipment can precisely control the spacing between steel bars, ensure the stability of the framework, and improve production efficiency and framework quality.

In addition, steel bar mechanical connection technology can also be applied to the connection of steel bars in prefabricated houses. Taking the rib-peeling and roll-pressing process in straight-thread connection as an example, this process first removes the ribs at the end of the steel bar, then uses a roll-pressing device to roll-press the end of the steel bar into a straight thread, and finally connects two steel bars with a coupling sleeve. This connection method has the characteristics of high strength and high efficiency, ensuring the reliability of steel bar connections and meeting the safety requirements of prefabricated house structures.
