Prefabricated House Size Specifications
The size specifications of prefabricated houses include two main parts: prefabricated concrete houses and prefabricated floor slabs, as detailed below:

Prefabricated Concrete House Size Specifications
Prefabricated concrete houses are primarily designed in a modular fashion, facilitating easy transportation and installation. They are categorized into standard sizes and custom sizes.
Standard Sizes:
- 3m × 6m: Suitable for small temporary structures such as construction site offices and duty rooms, offering compact space with clear functionality.
- 4m × 8m: Medium-sized, commonly used for rural self-built houses, storage facilities, or small shops, balancing residential and storage needs.
- 5m × 10m: Larger space, ideal for family homes, community centers, or commercial buildings, accommodating multiple people or business operations.
Custom Sizes:
- Width Adjustment: Typically within the range of 3m to 4m, with increments of 10cm (e.g., 3.1m, 3.2m, etc.); some requirements may exceed conventional limits, such as widths of 7.2m or 7.6m, suitable for large storage or industrial buildings.
- Length Customization: Length can be flexibly adjusted according to site conditions, such as 6.6m (outer diameter), with some projects even supporting longer custom lengths.
- Other Parameters: Height and number of floors can also be customized, such as single-story or double-story structures, meeting diverse functional needs like double-story homes or storage spaces with lofts.
Prefabricated Floor Slab Size Specifications
Prefabricated floor slabs are a crucial component of prefabricated houses, with their size specifications directly impacting structural safety and construction efficiency.
Thickness: Common thicknesses include 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, and 150mm. Residential buildings typically use 80-100mm, while industrial buildings often use 120-150mm to meet higher load-bearing requirements.
Width: Standard modular designs are 600mm, 900mm, and 1200mm, with some custom specifications reaching up to 2400mm; commonly available widths on the market also include 500mm, which facilitates better assembly and improves construction efficiency. Depending on the number of holes, four-hole slabs typically have a width of 400mm, while five-hole slabs have a width of 500mm.
Length: Standard lengths range from 3m to 4.2m, with increments of 30cm; ordinary residential buildings typically use lengths up to 4.2m, with longer lengths requiring additional costs for customization; conventional spans are 2.4m-6m (residential), while large-span factory buildings can reach 9m-12m (requiring reinforced reinforcement).
