Prefabricated House Prefabricated Foundation Pier

Admin September 19, 2026

Prefabricated foundation piers for prefabricated houses are important components widely used in prefabricated building and infrastructure projects, offering advantages such as standardization, controllable quality, and convenient construction.

Production Characteristics

The mold for prefabricated steel structure foundation piers adopts a "modular" structural design, breaking down the entire mold into multiple standardized steel modules that can be independently assembled and disassembled. These modules are connected into a rigid whole using high-precision positioning pins and fasteners (such as bolts). This design balances the mold's rigidity with the lateral pressure of the concrete, ensuring long-term stability in the dimensions of the prefabricated piers. Additionally, it coordinates the realization of demolding angles and surface finish, reducing the risk of damage to the edges and corners of the concrete components and wear on the mold itself. The core structure consists of modular (detachable) side panels, end panels, and other components connected by bolts. The mold material is steel, with some steel plate components formed through stamping. Based on standardized modules and large-scale production equipment, batch and efficient mold manufacturing can be achieved.

Construction Process

Taking the mold for prefabricated independent foundation piers as an example, its core production raw material is high-strength steel plate, which offers significant customization advantages and can highly adapt to the shape, size, and load-bearing requirements of different foundation piers. During operation, after the customer or designer provides the foundation pier dimension drawings, the factory uses advanced processes to manufacture the mold units. During on-site construction, first, prepare the foundation pit and conduct measurement and positioning to ensure the accuracy of the foundation location. Then, accurately assemble and fix the prefabricated mold in place, ensuring the stability and verticality of the mold. Next, pour concrete and vibrate it densely to fully fill the mold with concrete, expel air bubbles, and improve the density and strength of the pier. After the concrete reaches the specified strength, demold to obtain a prefabricated foundation pier that meets the design requirements.

Pricing Information

Taking the prefabricated concrete photovoltaic cement piers and prefabricated cement foundation piers as examples, the price starts at ¥110.00, with a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces. The prices of prefabricated foundation piers with different specifications, materials, and uses may vary. The specific price needs to be determined based on actual needs and market conditions.
