Prefabricated House Models with Garden

Admin September 18, 2026

There are mainly the following types of prefabricated house models with gardens:

1. Prefabricated Modular Cabin This model is based on an existing L-shaped house structure. By adding new modules, the outdoor area on the east side is enclosed to form a U-shaped patio. The additional modules feature red profiled aluminum cladding, creating a visual contrast with the original gray cement exterior walls. After the renovation, a “hidden” garden room is formed. This space can serve as a storage area for garden materials and is equipped with double-leaf doors that directly lead to the garden, enabling seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. The core of its design lies in modular expansion, achieving functional upgrades through standardized components while maintaining the overall harmony of the building.

2. Brette Haus's BASIC Prefabricated House This model utilizes three foldable modules connected by hinges for efficient transportation, and it can be assembled on-site in just 3 hours. The main body of the building is constructed using eco-friendly materials, meeting carbon neutrality standards, and can be relocated up to 100 times, making it suitable for frequent moving needs. The interior layout is compact: the 15-square-meter main space includes a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-plan lounge area. The mezzanine level is equipped with a double bed and a rest area. With a total area of 22 square meters including a patio, it balances living and outdoor activities. The base model is priced at 24,450 euros (excluding shipping and engineering fees), offering excellent value for money.

3. Backcountry Hut Company's System 01 Prefabricated Cabin Inspired by Canadian wilderness culture, the shell is prefabricated in a factory and then transported to the site for assembly. Special models can be built by a small construction team in just one week without the need for mechanical assistance. The 17-square-meter living space includes an open-plan lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and a loft storage area, meeting basic living needs. The shell does not include interior components, allowing users to customize the decor according to their needs. Starting at 256,189 Canadian dollars (excluding shipping and assembly fees), it is positioned in the high-end outdoor residential market.

4. Huajian Xiaoxi Garden DIY Hourly Assembly Model This model is a miniature assembly toy, available in sizes of 163×163×152mm or 163×176×152mm (with a USB power distribution box), suitable for garden decoration or children's education. Its design emphasizes playability and aesthetics, enabling quick assembly through modular components. However, it has no actual living function and falls into the category of creative crafts.

The above models cover a wide range of needs from practical residences to decorative toys. Users can choose the appropriate type based on their budget, functional requirements, and usage scenarios.
