Prefabricated House Manufacturer Supply Plan
The supply plan of prefabricated house manufacturers typically includes core aspects such as design and decomposition, factory prefabrication, material matching and logistics, on-site assembly, and technical support.

Design and Decomposition: The manufacturer first designs the house structure based on the size of the owner's homestead, housing requirements, and local climate conditions. After the design is completed, the house model is decomposed into standardized modular components such as wall frames, floor beams, roof trusses, and stairs. Each component is assigned a unique number and detailed assembly drawings to ensure accurate production and assembly in subsequent steps.
Factory Prefabrication: In the factory, cold-formed thin-walled steel sections (such as C-shaped and U-shaped steel) or high-frequency welded H-shaped steel are used as the main materials. The components undergo cutting, punching, welding, and anti-rust treatment (such as galvanizing and aluminized zinc coating) through fully automated production lines. The precise execution of these processes ensures that the dimensional accuracy of the components is controlled to the millimeter level, providing a solid foundation for subsequent assembly work.
Material Matching and Logistics: In addition to the main steel structure, the manufacturer also provides matching auxiliary materials such as connectors (such as bolts and self-tapping screws), roof panels, wall panels, insulation materials (such as rock wool and glass wool), moisture-proof membranes, and vapor barriers. Based on the quantity and volume of the components, the manufacturer plans a reasonable logistics solution to ensure that all materials and components arrive at the construction site on time and safely. For example, for a building of about 200 square meters, 2-3 13-meter-long flatbed trucks are usually required for transportation.
On-site Assembly and Technical Support: The manufacturer offers two service models to meet the needs of different customers. One is the material supply + technical guidance model, which is suitable for farmers who organize construction on their own. The manufacturer provides technical disclosure documents, assembly illustrations, and on-site guidance for key nodes. The other is the full-process subcontracting model, which is suitable for construction teams that provide both labor and materials. The manufacturer provides full technical support from foundation construction to main structure installation, roof tile laying, and interior and exterior wall decoration.
