Prefabricated House Interior Walls

Admin September 18, 2026

The interior walls of prefabricated houses mainly consist of prefabricated reinforced concrete interior wall panels, with corresponding control points for their installation and construction.

Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Interior Wall Panels

  • Structural Function: They are an integral part of the building's floor slab structure and also serve as the formwork for the construction surface layer on-site. They can be designed in different shapes and sizes according to the specific form of the building structure to meet diverse architectural needs.
  • Product Advantages
    • Improved Quality: These interior wall panels eliminate the need for plastering, effectively eliminating hollow drums and cracks, eliminating wet operations, and enhancing the level of civilized construction. They possess excellent anti-permeability, anti-cracking, and shear resistance properties, and their lightweight nature contributes to the stability and durability of the building structure.
    • Increased Efficiency: The reduction in plastering processes facilitates the implementation of overlapping operations, shortening the construction period to approximately 75% of that of traditional construction methods while achieving over 65% in building energy efficiency. This accelerates the progress of the project and reduces energy consumption.
    • Cost Reduction: They reduce labor input, lower the likelihood of safety accidents, are easy to manage, improve work efficiency, and reduce management costs. Additionally, they can reduce material waste by 60% and construction waste by 80%, contributing to resource conservation and environmental protection.
    • Enhanced Management Level: They require a high level of refined management and planning, which helps improve project management levels, making construction more standardized and orderly.

Control Points for Installation and Construction of Prefabricated Interior Walls in Prefabricated Buildings

  • Pre-construction Inspection: Clean the ground of the construction layer, inspect the position, length, perpendicularity, and surface cleanliness of the connecting reinforcement; check the component number and appearance quality of the wall panels, looking for any cracks or damage; inspect the specifications and models of the wall panel supports and auxiliary materials to ensure all conditions meet construction requirements.
  • Elevation Control: Snap a 50-line for elevation control at the corresponding position of the wall panel. Pre-place elevation adjustment shims at both ends of the wall panel position drawn on the floor slab surface, with a height calculated at 20mm, to ensure the verticality and accurate elevation of the wall panel installation.
  • Lifting Process: The lifting of wall panel components should adopt appropriate lifting points on the lifting beam according to the position of the lifting points set. Connect the steel wire rope to the lifting points of the wall panel embedded parts using lifting connectors. When the component is lifted to approximately 500mm above the ground, pause to inspect the component's condition and confirm that the lifting ropes and fixtures are properly connected before continuing to lift. The lifting should be slow and uniform; when the component is lifted to approximately 1000mm above the installation surface, pause to eliminate component sway, and the installer should guide it gently to the resting point by hand; when the component is approximately 300mm above the floor surface, the installer should assist in gently pushing the component, preliminarily positioning it according to the positioning line, and using a mirror to observe that the reserved reinforcing bars on the floor surface align one by one with the grout sleeves of the component. Slowly lower the component after all reinforcing bars are accurately inserted into the sleeves.
