Prefabricated House Helicopter Transport
Currently, prefabricated houses are rarely transported by helicopters, but there is theoretical feasibility. In practical applications, sea transport and other methods are more commonly used.

Theoretical Feasibility of Helicopter Transport for Prefabricated Houses
From a technical perspective, there are helicopters capable of undertaking such tasks. The Soviet Union once manufactured the Mi-10 helicopter, with a maximum lifting capacity of 8 tons. This powerful lifting capability means it can transport large items such as cars and large containers. Theoretically, for small prefabricated houses weighing 8 tons or less, the Mi-10 helicopter has the ability to lift them. However, helicopter transport of prefabricated houses faces numerous limitations. On one hand, the lifting capacity of helicopters is limited, and most helicopters cannot meet the transportation needs of large prefabricated houses. Only heavy-duty lifting helicopters like the Mi-10 can potentially undertake the transportation tasks of some small prefabricated houses. On the other hand, the flight costs of helicopters are high, including expenses for fuel consumption and maintenance, making their transportation costs much higher than other transportation methods and economically unfeasible.
Practical Transportation Methods
In the actual transportation of prefabricated houses, sea transport is a more common method. Taking China's 'prefabricated houses' as an example, they are built modularly and then loaded into containers for export worldwide via sea transport. This transportation method has significant advantages. Sea transport has a large capacity and can transport a large number of prefabricated house modules at once, meeting the needs of large-scale construction. Moreover, the cost of sea transport is relatively low, which can effectively reduce transportation costs for goods like prefabricated houses that require large-scale transportation. Additionally, there are cases of transporting modular houses to Australia and other places by cargo ships, further proving the widespread application of sea transport in the field of prefabricated house transportation. Besides sea transport, in some short-distance and small-scale transportation scenarios, land transport may be used, utilizing trucks and other transportation tools to deliver prefabricated houses to their destinations.
