Prefabricated House Finished Product Transportation Equipment
Prefabricated house finished product transportation equipment mainly includes two categories: prefabricated panel transportation vehicles and equipment related to modular building transportation.

Prefabricated panel transportation vehicles are special-purpose vehicles specifically designed for transporting building prefabricated components, also known as building large panel transportation vehicles or prefabricated component transportation vehicles. Their core feature is equipped with truss-shaped shelves that can fix building large panels. This structure can effectively prevent components from shaking or slipping during transportation, ensuring transportation safety. These vehicles are mostly semi-trailer types, modified using standardized automobile chassis. Their technical conditions need to comply with the industry standard 'Building Large Panel Transportation Vehicles' (QC/T 447-2019), which has clear requirements for vehicle load-bearing capacity, shelf fixing methods, driving stability, etc. Mainstream brands in the market include Jiesheng, Pinjia, Keruide, etc. The price range is from 21,000 yuan per unit to 43,000 yuan per unit, with specific prices affected by vehicle specifications, materials, and configurations. These vehicles are suitable for transporting various types of building prefabricated components, such as prefabricated wall panels, floor slabs, beams and columns, etc. They are key transportation tools connecting factories and construction sites in the production process of prefabricated houses.
Modular building transportation is designed for the transportation of whole prefabricated house modules. Modular buildings are disassembled into independent unit modules, and after completing all processes such as structure, water and electricity, and decoration in the factory, they are transported to the site for assembly in the form of modular houses with standard container sizes. The core equipment for this transportation method includes standard container transportation vehicles, ocean-going cargo ships (for cross-border projects), and supporting lifting equipment. The sizes of modular houses usually follow international standard container specifications (such as 20 feet and 40 feet), facilitating the use of existing logistics systems for highway, railway, or sea transportation. During transportation, it is necessary to focus on waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and deformation prevention measures for the modules, as well as the positioning accuracy during on-site assembly. The advantages of modular building transportation lie in significantly shortening on-site construction periods, reducing on-site workloads, and improving the consistency of building quality through factory production.
The two types of equipment serve different transportation needs of prefabricated houses: prefabricated panel transportation vehicles focus on component-level transportation and are suitable for the batch transportation of decentralized components; modular building transportation focuses on the integrated transportation of whole modules and is suitable for highly standardized prefabricated house projects. In practical applications, the type of transportation equipment needs to be comprehensively selected based on factors such as project scale, transportation distance, and module size.
