Prefabricated House Finished Light Steel Villa

Admin September 18, 2026

The prefabricated house finished light steel villa is a low-rise residential building system constructed with light steel keels, which are cold-rolled from hot-dip galvanized aluminum steel strips as the core material. It offers multiple advantages in terms of materials, performance, construction efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and design.

Materials and Structure: The light steel keels are formed into a quaternary crystal structure by curing 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon at 600°C, providing a corrosion-resistant barrier. The entire structure utilizes factory-prefabricated components assembled on-site. Key materials, such as light steel keels and hot-rolled steel sections (with optional hot-dip galvanized or aluminized steel structures), are produced in the factory and connected with bolts to form a three-dimensional framework, reducing on-site wet work.

Significant Performance Advantages:

  • Lightweight: Only 1/5 to 1/8 of the weight of traditional structures, reducing foundation load pressure.
  • Thermal Insulation: The exterior walls are filled with glass fiber wool and equipped with breathable membranes to regulate humidity, enhancing living comfort.
  • Earthquake and Wind Resistance: The main structure is designed to withstand earthquakes up to magnitude 9 and winds up to 12, adapting to extreme climates.
  • Energy Efficiency and Environmental Protection: The roof supports the integration of photovoltaic tiles, improving energy efficiency by 40%. The main materials are recyclable, and dry construction methods produce no construction waste, with a fire resistance rating of 2.5 hours according to design specifications.

High Construction Efficiency: The construction period is 50% shorter than that of traditional buildings, with the main structure completed in approximately 50 days. Material waste is as low as 3%, and installation requires only 3-4 workers, reducing on-site labor intensity.

Cost-Effectiveness and Space Utilization: The overall cost is 15%-20% lower than that of brick-and-mortar structures. Wall thickness ranges from 120-200mm (120mm for interior walls), which is thinner than traditional structures, saving living space. The design is flexible, allowing adjustments to the floor plan based on terrain and needs, and supporting multiple disassemblies and reassembly.

Appearance and Decoration: Exterior wall decorations can include metal carved panels, cement fiber panels, etc. For example, metal carved panels feature a colored relief finish on the surface and a flame-retardant insulation material in the middle layer, combining aesthetics with functionality. Typical designs include symmetrical double-pitched roofs in European and American styles, large floor-to-ceiling windows, and porches, enhancing visual appeal.

Wide Range of Applications: Initially used for mobile houses in tourist attractions, it has now expanded to rural residences, private villas, overseas projects, and tourist resorts, meeting diverse living needs.
