Prefabricated House Custom Installation Contract

Admin September 18, 2026

The prefabricated house custom installation contract is an important document that clarifies the rights and obligations of the demander and the supplier/installer of prefabricated houses. Below is a sample contract and key point interpretations:

Contract Parties: The contract should clearly specify the detailed information of Party A (the demander) and Party B (the supplier/installer), including addresses, contacts, and contact numbers, to ensure clear identification of both parties and facilitate subsequent communication and liability tracing.

Contract Subject: It should be clearly stated that the subject of the contract is Party A's purchase of prefabricated houses from Party B, and that the prefabricated houses provided by Party B must comply with relevant national quality standards and industry standards, which is the basic prerequisite for ensuring the quality of the houses.

Quantity and Quality: Party B should provide the specific quantity and model of prefabricated houses as required by Party A's order and ensure that the houses are structurally safe, meet the expected service life, and have functions such as fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance, to ensure that the houses meet usage requirements and safety standards.

Price and Payment Method: The contract should specify the unit price and total price of the prefabricated houses. Payment is usually made in stages, such as paying a certain proportion of the advance payment after the contract is signed, paying most of the amount after the goods are delivered, and paying the final payment after installation and acceptance. At the same time, Party B should issue a legal and valid invoice when Party A makes the payment.

Delivery and Installation: Party B needs to complete the manufacturing and installation work within the agreed time as required by Party A, deliver the houses and accessories at the designated location, ensure the installation quality, and provide a complete user manual and maintenance manual after installation for Party A's convenience in use and maintenance.

Acceptance and Warranty: Party A should conduct acceptance according to the agreed quality standards and make the payment after acceptance. Party B should provide free warranty service for a certain number of years. During the warranty period, upon receiving a repair notice, Party B should promptly send personnel for repair to safeguard Party A's rights and interests.

Liability for Breach of Contract: The liability for breach of contract by both parties should be clearly defined. For example, if Party B fails to complete the work on time or Party A fails to make the payment on time, both parties should pay a penalty of 0.5% of the overdue amount. If Party B's quality issues cause losses to Party A, Party B should be liable for compensation.

Dispute Resolution: Dispute resolution clauses can be added according to the actual situation, such as negotiation, arbitration, or litigation, to provide a solution for possible disputes. It is advisable to consult professional legal advice before signing the contract to ensure its legality and validity.
