Prefabricated House Custom Cement Mortar
In the customization of prefabricated houses, cement mortar is primarily used for surface treatment and laying bedding layers to enhance the flatness, aesthetics, waterproofing, and structural durability of the houses, as well as to achieve uniform load distribution.

Surface Treatment
During the customization of prefabricated houses, cement mortar is commonly used for surface treatment. Typically, a layer of cement mortar is applied to the surface of the prefabricated house, serving multiple important functions. Firstly, it provides a flat and aesthetically pleasing appearance, making the house look more orderly and refined, meeting people's aesthetic needs for building exteriors. Secondly, this layer of cement mortar enhances the structural durability, acting like a protective film that resists erosion from external environmental factors and extends the lifespan of the house. Furthermore, it improves the waterproofing performance of the house, effectively preventing water from penetrating into the interior and avoiding structural damage and interior decoration issues caused by water erosion. Additionally, cement mortar can fill the gaps between panels, making the surface flatter and eliminating potential safety hazards and visual flaws caused by the presence of gaps.
Laying Bedding Layers
At the contact surface between prefabricated panels and supporting structures, a cement mortar bedding layer is laid. The primary function of the bedding layer is to fill the installation gaps between components, ensuring a tight connection between the prefabricated panels and the supporting structures, and preventing instability such as shaking during house use due to the presence of gaps. Simultaneously, it prevents collision sounds, reducing noise generated by mutual collisions between components and enhancing living comfort. More importantly, the bedding layer achieves uniform load distribution, avoiding concrete crushing caused by local stress concentration and ensuring the safety and stability of the house structure. Cement mortar is commonly used as the bedding material, with its strength grade selected from M2.5 to M5 according to engineering requirements. In some special cases, to meet specific engineering needs, waterproofing agents or micro-expanding agents may be added to the cement mortar to further enhance the performance of the bedding layer.
