Prefabricated House 3D Animation Video

Admin September 19, 2026

Regarding 3D animation videos of prefabricated houses, there are currently two main types of technical demonstrations that can visually present their construction processes and technical features.

The first type is 3D animations of the construction process for prefabricated underground modules. These videos focus on the modular construction of underground spaces, clearly demonstrating through 3D dynamic presentations the production, transportation, lifting, and assembly processes of prefabricated components for underground modules. For example, the animation may show how the modules are produced through standardized factory processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and structural strength; how special loading equipment is used during transportation to prevent component deformation; how precise alignment is achieved during on-site lifting through positioning systems; and finally, how a complete underground space structure is formed through sealing treatments and reinforcement of connection nodes. These animations are often used for technical briefings to help construction personnel understand the operational key points of complex nodes and reduce on-site errors.

The second type is 3D animations of the entire construction process for green prefabricated residential buildings. These videos cover the full-cycle construction of above-ground buildings and are more systematic in content. The animation may start with component production, demonstrating the automated production line for steel wire mesh sandwich insulation exterior wall panels, including material proportioning, mold forming, curing, and demolding processes; followed by a demonstration of vertical grouped formwork technology, which rapidly produces exterior wall panels, interior wall panels, floor panels, and roof panels through vertical molds to improve production efficiency; then moving on to the on-site construction phase, sequentially presenting the construction of strip foundations, installation of insulation wall panels (including positioning, fixing, and node waterproofing treatments), floor construction (such as laying composite panels and reinforcing bar tying), and the construction of the second-floor structure; the roof section may show the assembly process of a lightweight steel glazed tile pitched roof, including the installation of roof trusses, laying of tiles, and waterproofing treatments; finally, through exterior wall decoration (such as paint spraying or curtain wall installation), installation of prefabricated gates and fences, and landscaping of the surrounding environment (planting of flowers, plants, and trees), the overall project is completed and handed over. These animations emphasize the concept of green construction, highlighting the environmental advantages of prefabricated components (such as reducing on-site wet work and construction waste) and improving construction efficiency.

Both types of animations use 3D visualization technology to transform abstract construction plans into intuitive dynamic images, providing efficient tools for technical training, plan demonstration, and customer presentations.
