Prefabricated Hotel Building Design Drawings

Admin September 19, 2026

For prefabricated hotel building design drawings, you can refer to the information from the following two cases:

Hengshui Pastoral Hotel in Hebei:
This hotel has a building area of 1547.5 square meters, a site area of 1200 square meters, and building dimensions of 35.2m x 30m, occupying an area of 1056 square meters. It adopts a frame structure. In terms of functional design, the first floor is primarily for dining, featuring private dining rooms, a multifunctional kitchen, a reception desk, and a display area for local agricultural products. The second floor is mainly for accommodation, with a total of 34 guest rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom. It also includes public activity spaces such as a billiard room, chess and card room, audio-visual room, gym, and business area. The architectural design adopts a modern style, with brown and beige stone-like paint on the facade. The entrance features a stone monument and an outer lobby, and a protruding glass roof is installed on the roof to enhance lighting.

Qingdao Greentown Sheraton Hotel:
This hotel has nearly 300 guest rooms, a building height of approximately 80 meters, with 20 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The spatial design reinforces a sense of classical order through two axes running east-west and north-south: the east-west axis on the ground floor connects the main entrance plaza and the lobby reception area; the north-south axis links the main building's guest room functional areas and connects to landscape resources through transitional spaces. The landscape design incorporates the terrain's elevation changes, featuring a bonfire garden on the ground floor, a rooftop garden outside the banquet hall on the third floor, and a large rooftop garden and sky bar on the podium roof. The facade design adopts a cubic combination造型 (cubic combination form), with a full low-e insulated glass curtain wall system. The podium above the main entrance adopts a double-skin facade design, balancing lighting and energy efficiency needs.

These cases respectively reflect the design differences between small and medium-sized pastoral hotels and high-rise urban hotels: the former emphasizes the integration of functional zoning with localized styles, while the latter stresses spatial order and the utilization of landscape resources. Both enhance building performance through structural optimization and material selection. When designing, it is essential to comprehensively consider the structural system, spatial layout, and造型表达 (form expression) based on the project's positioning, land conditions, and functional requirements.
