Prefabricated Concrete House Sales Contract
The prefabricated concrete house sales contract should include the following key elements:

I. Contract Party Information Clearly specify the detailed information of Party A (the seller) and Party B (the buyer), including names, legal representatives or names of individuals, unified social credit codes or ID numbers, addresses, and contact details, ensuring the contract parties are clearly defined.
II. Product Information Provide a detailed description of the prefabricated concrete house, including its name, specifications, quantity, and price. Specifications should cover parameters such as dimensions, structure, building area, number of floors, wall thickness, and construction techniques. Clearly state the quantity and unit price, calculate the total price, and indicate the amount in words to avoid disputes over amounts.
III. Quality Standards and Warranty Party A must produce the house in accordance with national and industry-related standards, listing specific quality requirements such as strength, stability, and fire and water resistance. Additionally, provide a warranty period of a certain number of years, calculated from the date of acceptance, and specify the response time and handling method for quality issues that arise during the warranty period.
IV. Delivery and Transportation Specify the exact delivery time, location, and method. Clarify whether Party A is responsible for transportation and bears the transportation costs. If Party A is responsible, ensure that the transportation vehicles are qualified, arrange routes and times reasonably, and assume responsibility for damage or loss during transportation.
V. Acceptance and Payment Party B should conduct acceptance within a certain period after receiving the goods, following the quality standards specified in the contract, and provide detailed acceptance steps and methods. Payment methods may include down payments, advance payments, payments after acceptance, and payments after the warranty period expires, with clear payment times and amounts for each stage. Party A must issue a legal invoice upon receiving payment.
VI. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties Party A must truthfully inform Party B of the house's condition, ensure the transaction is legal and valid, and assist in handling property transfer procedures. Party B must pay the purchase price as agreed, has the right to inspect the goods, and may reject or request replacement if issues are found.
VII. Liability for Breach of Contract and Exemptions Specify the penalty payment standards for both parties in case of breach of contract, such as the penalty ratio for late delivery or payment. Additionally, define force majeure and other exemption scenarios and their handling methods.
VIII. Dispute Resolution and Contract Effectiveness Both parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they may file a lawsuit in court. The contract takes effect from the date of signature and seal by both parties, and any unaddressed matters may be negotiated and supplemented separately.
