Prefabricated Complete House Structure Images

Admin September 19, 2026

Currently, it is not possible to directly provide images of prefabricated complete house structures, but their structural characteristics and construction processes can be described in text to aid understanding.

Structural Characteristics of Prefabricated Houses

The core of prefabricated houses lies in the fact that their components are manufactured in factories and then transported to the site for assembly. This construction method endows the house structure with a high degree of standardization and modularization. From the perspective of structural systems, common prefabricated houses often adopt frame structures or panel structures. Frame structures use prefabricated beams and columns as the main load-bearing components, which are connected at nodes to form an overall frame. Then, prefabricated wall panels, floor slabs, and other enclosure and separation components are installed. This structural system offers flexible space division, making it suitable for buildings with various functional requirements. Moreover, the high production precision of components effectively ensures the overall stability and seismic resistance of the house. Panel structures, on the other hand, are mainly composed of large prefabricated wall panels and floor slabs. The wall panels not only bear vertical loads but also serve as enclosures, while the floor slabs are used to separate floor spaces. Panel structures offer fast construction speed and good integrity, making them particularly suitable for projects with high construction efficiency requirements.

Construction Process of Prefabricated Houses

The construction process of prefabricated houses reflects their efficiency and precision. First, in the factory, various prefabricated components such as beams, columns, wall panels, and floor slabs are precisely manufactured according to design requirements. Advanced molds and processes are used during the manufacturing process to ensure accurate component dimensions and stable quality. Next, the prefabricated components are cured to reach the designed strength requirements. After curing, the components undergo quality inspection. Once qualified, they are numbered and packaged for transportation and on-site installation. During transportation, appropriate transportation tools and fixing methods are selected based on the size, weight, and shape of the components to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. Upon arrival at the construction site, the components are lifted and assembled according to the construction sequence and design requirements. First, the foundation components, such as the foundation parts of prefabricated columns or wall panels, are installed. Then, the main components such as beams, columns, wall panels, and floor slabs are installed in sequence. Finally, node connections and sealing treatments are carried out to complete the main structure construction of the house. Subsequently, interior and exterior decoration and equipment installation are carried out to ultimately form a complete prefabricated house.
