Prefabricated Aluminum House

Admin September 17, 2026

A prefabricated aluminum house is an innovative building form that uses aluminum as the main structural material, is prefabricated in factories through modular design, and can be quickly assembled on-site. It offers significant advantages such as superior material performance, strong environmental adaptability, efficient installation, and controllable costs.

In terms of material performance, aluminum is lightweight yet strong, significantly reducing the self-weight of the house. It also has excellent moisture-proof, fire-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties, addressing issues such as dampness and mildew in traditional brick-and-mortar structures and rust in steel structures. Additionally, aluminum can be 100% recycled, and its carbon emissions during production are more than 65% lower than those of traditional building materials, aligning with the trend of green building development.

Extreme environmental adaptability is one of its core strengths. Taking the products of Shandong Wulingyi Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an example, they use 15-centimeter high-pressure-injected polyurethane insulation walls with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.025W/m・K and a closed-cell rate exceeding 90%. These walls can maintain stable performance in extreme temperature ranges from -40℃ to 55℃. This aerospace-grade insulation technology enables their wide application in special scenarios such as polar research stations, desert camps, and high-altitude outposts, breaking through the application limitations of traditional buildings in extreme environments.

Installation efficiency is significantly improved. The house is disassembled into standardized functional modules, with all components prefabricated in factories. On-site installation does not require large lifting equipment, and a team of only 2-3 people can complete the assembly, with the assembly time for a single house being just 2 days. The modular design ensures installation accuracy (with an error of no more than 5 millimeters) and supports horizontal splicing and vertical stacking for flexible space expansion, meeting the rapid deployment needs of different scenarios.

A balance between cost and quality is achieved. The house has a design life of up to 60 years, far exceeding the industry average, and requires no complex maintenance during this period, with a high material recovery rate. Through industrial mass production and independent research and development of core materials, product costs are 30%-50% lower than those of traditional space capsule houses, while meeting high-standard performance requirements of earthquake resistance of magnitude 8 and wind resistance of magnitude 13, combining economy and safety.

Currently, prefabricated aluminum houses have formed a diversified product system, covering scenarios such as dormitory buildings, hospital office buildings, hotel apartments, and scenic area campsites. Some products support 72-hour express delivery or 15-day rapid installation and delivery. The export trend of domestic modular buildings is favorable, and prefabricated aluminum houses have gained widespread recognition in global markets such as hotels, senior living apartments, data centers, and residential housing due to their cost and efficiency advantages.
