Plastic Mobile Toilet Production Video

Admin October 07, 2026

Currently, there is no directly available complete production video for plastic mobile toilets, but production can be carried out based on the following textual description:

I. Basic Framework Construction

  1. Bucket Modification: Select a plastic bucket of an appropriate size. Make a horizontal cut about one-third of the way up the bucket body, retaining the bottom as the main body of the mobile toilet. Install casters or universal wheels at the four corners of the bucket bottom to ensure mobility. Use professional tools (such as an electric saw or hot-melt cutter) for cutting, and keep the cut edges flat to avoid installation errors later.
  2. Height Reinforcement: Vertically nail anti-corrosion wooden strips or fixed wooden boards along the bucket body to form a frame structure. According to ergonomics, it is recommended to raise the height to 1.8-2 meters to ensure user comfort. Cut a rectangular opening about 60 cm long and wide on one side of the frame, wrap the edges of the opening with wooden boards, and reinforce them to form the basis of the door frame.

II. Enclosure Structure Installation

  1. Wall Closure: Embed iron sheets or aluminum-plastic panels in the middle of the wooden strip frame, ensuring tight fitting between the panels and the frame. Cover the top with the upper half of the cut plastic bucket to form a dome structure. For the iron sheet connections, adopt a double-layer overlapping design (with an overlapping width of ≥10 cm) and fix them with rivets to ensure privacy protection.
  2. Door Production: Select a 1.5 cm thick solid wooden board to process the door panel. The size should be 2-3 cm smaller than the door frame to ensure smooth opening and closing. After polishing the edges of the door panel smoothly, install it onto the door frame using stainless steel hinges, with the hinge spacing controlled at 30-40 cm. It is recommended to use a bolt-type design for the door lock, taking into account both safety and ease of use.

III. Water Supply and Drainage System Construction

  1. Drainage Treatment: Drill a circular hole with a diameter of 5 cm at the center of the bucket bottom, install a PVC drainage pipe (with a diameter of ≥50 mm), and connect the end of the pipe to a septic tank or sewage bucket. Set 3-5 circular water-permeable holes with a diameter of 1 cm at the edge of the bucket bottom to prevent water accumulation.
  2. Water Supply System: Take another plastic bucket as the water storage bucket. Drill holes on the side of the bucket body, 20 cm from the bottom, to install a 4-point water pipe joint, and drill a hole at the bottom to install a drainage valve. Place the water storage bucket above the main bucket and connect them with a PVC pipe to form a gravity water supply system. For shower production, select a 4-point PVC pipe, install a ball valve to control the water flow, and use an adjustable showerhead to meet cleaning needs.

IV. Sanitary Facility Integration

  1. Toilet Installation: Select a portable toilet or directly lay an anti-slip mat at the bottom of the bucket. The water inlet pipe should branch out into an independent pipeline to connect to the washbasin. It is recommended to use a small wall-mounted washbasin, and install a drainage pipe below it to connect to the main bucket.
  2. Ventilation Optimization: Drill a circular hole with a diameter of 10 cm on the top plastic bucket cover, and install an exhaust fan or louver to maintain internal air circulation.

Precautions: Wear protective equipment during the production process, and carry out cutting operations in a well-ventilated environment. All pipeline connections should be sealed with Teflon tape to prevent leakage.
