Plastic Mobile Toilet Base Installation
Admin October 06, 2026
The installation of the plastic mobile toilet base requires selecting the corresponding steps according to the specific type. The common types and installation methods are as follows:

Installation of Universal Plastic Toilet Base
- Toilet Body Assembly: Align the upper and lower parts of the toilet body and press them together to secure. Pull open the other side and insert it into the pin to ensure a tight connection without looseness.
- Seat Installation: Place the seat flat and install one side first. Then, place the other side flat against the pin and use both hands to force the buckle into the base pin to ensure the seat is stable and does not wobble.
- Anti-slip Block Installation: Install the anti-slip blocks into the four corners of the bottom to enhance the stability of the base and prevent sliding.
Installation of Shock-absorbing Base for Municipal Mobile Toilets
- Preparation: Check if the base bracket is deformed, if the anchor bolts are complete, and if the rubber gaskets are aged. Level the ground and use a level to confirm that the installation area is level to avoid equipment tilt due to uneven ground.
- Bracket Fixation: Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily on the ground and adjust the height of the four corners to ensure the equipment is level. Fix it with expansion bolts of appropriate length according to the ground material. Use long bolts for concrete floors and compact the soil for earth floors. Ensure that each bolt is tightened evenly to prevent the bracket from loosening.
- Shock-absorbing Device Installation: Ensure that the shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers are fully in contact with the bracket and the ground without misalignment or suspension. After installing the base with buffering function, gently push the equipment to test the shock-absorbing effect. If there is abnormal wobbling, check the rubber pads or shock absorbers and adjust or replace them in a timely manner.
- Post-installation Inspection: Use a level to recheck the overall levelness, check if all connections are firm and if the anchor bolts are tightened in place. Conduct a wobbling test to confirm the shock-absorbing effect. If possible, observe the equipment stability within 24 hours after installation to ensure the installation quality.
Installation of Sit-down Mobile Toilet Base
- Location Selection: The ground should be flat and solid, avoiding slopes or soft soil. The surrounding environment should be well-ventilated but avoid direct strong winds. The distance from water sources and areas of human activity should be moderate and comply with local environmental management requirements.
- Material and Tool Preparation: Include a level, fixing devices (such as ground nails or anchors), cleaning supplies, connecting components (such as pipe interfaces), etc. Ensure that the materials are intact and prepare accessories according to the toilet model. For assembled toilets, refer to the instruction manual to check the parts list.
- Structure Assembly: Place the base on the ground and use a level to check the flatness. If it is not flat, adjust it with shims or sand. Install the toilet unit, ensure it is firmly fixed on the base, and check if the sealing ring is in place. Connect the sewage tank or temporary pipes (if applicable), paying attention to tight interfaces. Install the outer shell and door, and check if all screws and connection points are tightened.
- Fixation and Reinforcement: Use ground nails to anchor the base on soft soil ground. For hard ground (such as concrete floors), press the base with heavy objects or special fixing frames. For toilets equipped with wheels, ensure that the brake devices are activated and locked. After reinforcement, check the overall structure again to ensure safety and stability.
Installation of Mobile Toilet Base
Place the back panel flat on a clean and flat ground surface, align the sewage outlet of the base with the sewage hole of the toilet back panel, combine the base with the back panel and adjust them to align properly to ensure smooth sewage discharge.
