Pingliang Mobile Toilet Renovation

Admin September 21, 2026

The renovation of mobile toilets in Pingliang involves multiple aspects such as technical systems, treatment methods, spatial construction, and environmental adaptation, requiring comprehensive consideration to achieve efficient, environmentally friendly, and suitable renovation goals.

In terms of technical systems, the construction of ecological toilets requires the collaboration of multiple systems. Sewage treatment employs biodegradation technology, with some integrating membrane filtration devices to effectively treat excreta sewage. The resource recovery system can convert excreta into organic fertilizer, enabling resource reuse. Energy consumption control utilizes multi-source energy supply systems such as solar and wind power to reduce reliance on traditional energy sources. Structural design adopts a modular box structure that can be flexibly adjusted according to the topographical features of scenic spots. Air quality control relies on negative pressure ventilation and biological deodorization technologies to maintain fresh air inside the toilets. The intelligent management system integrates various sensing terminals to monitor the operational status of the toilets in real-time, improving management efficiency.

Regarding treatment methods, common types of mobile toilets include storage-type, biodegradation-type, and circulating flush-type. The storage-type relies on sealed fecal storage tanks and requires regular removal of excreta. The biodegradation-type decomposes solid substances by adding microbial agents, reducing the frequency of removal. The circulating flush-type uses a small amount of disinfectant for repeated flushing, resulting in extremely low water consumption and being suitable for areas with scarce water resources.

In terms of spatial construction, the boxes are usually formed as a whole using high-strength lightweight materials, with necessary functional modules such as toilets, sinks, ventilation, and lighting integrated inside. These are pre-assembled in the factory and can be put into use after simply connecting water and electricity on-site, significantly shortening the construction period.

Regarding environmental adaptation, Pingliang has large temperature differences between day and night and distinct seasonal climates. Equipment needs to consider material stability and internal liquid storage issues. For example, fecal storage tanks may require insulation layers to prevent freezing in winter, and ventilation systems need to ensure odor control during high-temperature seasons. At the same time, equipment placement has basic requirements for ground flatness but generally does not require deep excavation of foundations, reducing the transformation and damage to the deployment environment. Additionally, the first phase of the public toilet construction and renovation project in the central urban area of Pingliang procured four water-flush mobile toilets, delivered them to designated locations, and completed installation within 30 days after signing the contract, providing practical references for mobile toilet renovation.
