Pinghe Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin October 08, 2026
The installation of Pinghe environmental protection mobile toilets requires following a systematic process, combining site conditions and toilet types for standardized operations. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Preliminary Planning and Preparation
- Site Assessment: Select a firm and level ground, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation. Evaluate the ground flatness, soil quality, distribution of underground pipelines, and drainage conditions. If installing on a slope, a platform must be constructed for leveling.
- Model Selection: Determine the type of treatment technology (such as packing-type, biodegradable, or recirculating water-flushing) based on the usage scenario (e.g., parks, construction sites) and foot traffic volume, and clarify whether connection to the municipal sewer network is required.
- Permits and Tools: Complete site usage approvals, prepare tools such as spirit levels, wrenches, and electric drills, and check that all components including the toilet body, septic tank, and pipes are complete.
II. Foundation Treatment
- Ground Clearing: Remove debris such as stones and branches, and perform initial leveling of uneven ground.
- Foundation Construction:
- For long-term installation, pour a concrete platform, reserve anchor bolts or fixing holes, and install after solidification.
- For temporary use or soft soil, lay crushed stone and compact it to enhance drainage.
- Some toilets come with adjustable steel supports, which must be placed horizontally and fixed.
III. Main Body Positioning and Fixing
- Lifting and Transportation: Use a forklift or crane to transport the toilet body steadily, avoiding collisions. For toilets with a pointed roof design, the balance point is near the top; for flat-roof designs, use the manufacturer's preset lifting hooks.
- Placement and Alignment: Slowly lower the toilet body to ensure full contact with the foundation. Use a spirit level to measure and adjust to a horizontal state. If there is a deviation, level it by adjusting the base screws or adding steel plates.
- Main Body Fixing: For foundations with pre-embedded bolts, align the holes and tighten with nuts; for other foundations, use expansion bolts to fix to the concrete, or use steel cables and ground anchors to enhance wind resistance (especially important in windy areas).
IV. Pipeline and Treatment System Connection
- Sewage Pipes: Water-flushing toilets need to be connected to underground septic tanks or municipal sewer networks. Ensure the pipe sizes match, seal the joints with special sealing rings or glue, and maintain an appropriate slope during laying; for septic tank-type toilets, connect the sewage outlet with rubber sealing rings and wrap waterproof tape around the joints to prevent leakage.
- Treatment System: For microbial degradation types, add bacteria in proportion and start the degradation system; for waterless types, install a sewage storage tank, ensuring the tank is stable and tightly sealed.
V. Final Inspection and Commissioning
Test the flushing device, sewage pipes, door and window opening and closing, and ventilation equipment operation. Clean up installation debris and thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the toilet. Explain daily maintenance points to the management, such as regularly cleaning the sewage storage tank, adding degradation agents, and checking the airtightness of water pipes.
