Mobile Toilets in Pianguan County

Admin September 28, 2026

The following is information about mobile toilets in Pianguan County:

Project Background and Objectives
Pianguan County has implemented a project to install mobile tourist toilets along the Yellow River and Great Wall No.1 tourist highways, aiming to address the shortage of fixed toilets along these routes. The project was procured through competitive negotiation, with a budget and maximum limit price of 455,000 yuan. The core objective of the project is to provide emergency toilet facilities for self-driving, cycling, and hiking tourists, while enhancing tourism quality and protecting the ecological environment.

Project Specific Planning
The project plans to set up six prefabricated public toilets at key nodes along the tourist highways. These prefabricated toilets feature modular design, enabling rapid installation and flexible relocation to adapt to different terrains and tourist traffic demands. The layout of these toilets focuses on covering areas with high tourist concentrations, such as viewpoints and rest areas, ensuring that tourists can find toilet facilities within a 5-10 minute walk.

Winning Bidders and Product Features
Renqiu Shengxiao Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. won the bid for this project, responsible for the supply and installation of mobile toilets. Additionally, Henan Guting Metal Products Co., Ltd., as one of the main manufacturers of mobile toilets in the Xinzhou area, also offers products with modular design advantages. These mobile toilets typically use lightweight and high-strength materials, such as aluminum alloy frames and eco-friendly composite panels, ensuring structural stability while facilitating lifting and transportation. Internal configurations include independent squatting positions, sinks, ventilation systems, etc. Some high-end models are also equipped with smart感应 (smart induction) flushing and deodorization devices to enhance the user experience.

Project Significance and Impact
The introduction of mobile toilets has significantly improved the infrastructure conditions along Pianguan County's tourist highways. On one hand, it has resolved the issues of long construction periods and limited site selection for traditional fixed toilets; on the other hand, it has effectively diverted tourists through a decentralized layout, reducing damage to the natural environment. Furthermore, the modular design facilitates later maintenance and upgrades, such as replacing damaged parts or adding functional modules, reducing long-term operating costs. This project provides a replicable model for the construction of tourism public service facilities in similar regions.
