Mobile Toilets for Parades

Admin September 22, 2026

Mobile toilets used in parades are important facilities for addressing the toilet needs of officers, soldiers, and participants.

In large-scale events like parades, to meet the toilet demands of a large number of people, various types of mobile toilets are employed. Taking the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China as an example, Beijing Environmental Sanitation Group placed 596 mobile toilets around Tiananmen Square and along Chang'an Avenue, including tent toilets, trailer toilets, and single-unit toilets, among others.

Different types of mobile toilets have distinct characteristics and suitable scenarios: Tent toilets are placed in areas with the highest foot traffic. They have a large interior space, can accommodate many people using them simultaneously, and have high turnover efficiency, effectively addressing the toilet needs of a large number of people. Trailer toilets are placed in open areas. Their design facilitates easy movement, allowing for flexible adjustment of their positions according to the actual situation on-site. Single-unit toilets are installed near relatively narrow alleys, making full use of the limited space to meet the toilet needs of specific areas.

Mobile toilets also feature some user-friendly designs: Their signs are detachable, enabling the adjustment of the number of male and female toilet stalls based on the on-site ratio of men to women using the toilets. By simply removing the signs and partitions, a toilet can be reconfigured in just a few minutes, greatly improving usage efficiency and flexibility.

The operational and maintenance experience of mobile toilets is also crucial: Some companies possess experience in implementing the operational and maintenance of mobile toilets for national-level large-scale events. They have undertaken tasks such as the design, research and development, production, and on-site operational maintenance of mobile toilets for events like the parade commemorating the 70th anniversary of the victory in the World Anti-Fascist War. This experience ensures that mobile toilets can operate stably and efficiently during large-scale events like parades, providing strong guarantees for the smooth progress of the events.
