Project Overview

The Pansan Coal Mine eco-friendly toilet procurement project involves the purchase of one set. The overall dimensions of the eco-friendly toilet are 3600×2000×3100 (length, width, height ±50), with three squatting positions. Its columns are made of 80802.5mm galvanized pipes and 80402.0mm galvanized pipes, which are welded, polished, and then treated with automotive paint. The color can be selected according to requirements.

Delivery Arrangements

The delivery location is clearly specified as Pansan Mine. The delivery period is required to be completed within three months after the contract is signed. The delivery method is on-site delivery, with no restrictions on the transportation method. However, all transportation, loading, and unloading costs are to be borne by the supplier.

Payment Terms

The payment process is divided into three stages. In the first stage, 50% of the payment will be made in the third month after the goods arrive, pass inspection, and the invoice is accounted for. In the second stage, 40% of the payment will be made in the eleventh month. In the third stage, the remaining 10% of the payment will be made interest-free after the warranty period expires and there are no quality issues.

Supplier Qualification Requirements

• Qualification Requirements: The supplier must be a corporate legal entity registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with the ability to independently assume civil liability, and must provide an original scanned copy of a valid business license.
• Financial Requirements: The supplier must承诺 (commit) that it is not in a state of being ordered to suspend operations, having its property taken over, frozen, or bankrupt.
• Reputation Requirements: Bidders must not have been suspended from procurement in the same project by the tenderer and not yet resumed, or have been disqualified and still be in the disposal period; they must not be on the enterprise anomaly list or the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System; and they must not be on the list of dishonest individuals subject to enforcement in the China Execution Information Publicity Network of the Supreme People's Court.
