No specific image of the outdoor mobile toilet ventilation model has been found yet, but we can introduce its ventilation design points to you:

Site Selection and Air Inlet Direction Control

When selecting a site for an outdoor mobile toilet and designing the air inlet direction, it is essential to fully consider natural airflow. For example, in summer, it is more appropriate for the air inlet to face the southeast direction. This is because southeast winds are relatively common in summer, and such a design can utilize natural airflow to allow fresh air to enter the toilet interior while carrying away the odors generated inside, keeping the air inside the toilet fresh. A reasonable design of the air inlet direction is the foundation for the effective operation of the ventilation system, enabling it to maximize the use of natural forces to improve the air quality inside the toilet.

Ventilation Equipment Power Matching

The power matching of ventilation equipment is of utmost importance. For a single mobile toilet, it is recommended to equip it with a small exhaust fan with a power of ≥5W. This power level of exhaust fan can meet the basic ventilation needs of a single toilet, effectively expelling odors and moisture. For large toilets, due to their larger space and higher ventilation requirements, a dual-fan parallel connection method can be considered. Dual-fan parallel connection can increase the ventilation volume and improve ventilation efficiency, ensuring air circulation inside large toilets.

Duct Layout and Airflow Optimization

The layout of exhaust ducts has a direct impact on ventilation effectiveness. Exhaust ducts should be as short and straight as possible, minimizing the design of bends. This is because bends increase the resistance to airflow, reducing ventilation efficiency and potentially leading to the accumulation of odors inside the ducts. When multiple toilets are placed side by side, a centralized exhaust main duct connection method can be adopted. This method enables unified management of exhaust air, improving overall ventilation effectiveness and facilitating maintenance and management.

Odor Filtration System Configuration

To further improve ventilation quality and reduce odor emissions, activated carbon filter cotton or photocatalyst filter screens can be installed in front of the exhaust fans. Activated carbon filter cotton has good adsorption properties and can adsorb odor molecules; photocatalyst filter screens can decompose odor substances under light conditions. In addition, installing mosquito screens at the air inlets can prevent mosquitoes from entering the toilets while ensuring the smooth entry of fresh air.
