Outdoor Mobile Toilet Technology

Admin September 24, 2026

The technologies for outdoor mobile toilets mainly include integral molding technology, technology using storage tanks and pallets, and steel structure welding technology.

Integral Molding Technology: This technology completes the main structure through one-time injection molding or compression molding, eliminating splicing gaps and fundamentally solving the problem of water leakage. After testing, it can withstand a rainfall intensity of 100mm/h without leakage, withstand wind speeds up to Beaufort Scale 12, and shows no deformation in extreme temperature environments ranging from -30℃ to 60℃, demonstrating extremely strong structural stability. In terms of maintenance, compared to spliced structures, it reduces costs by 40%, shortens cleaning time by 60%, eliminates the need for regular tightening of connectors, and extends the service life to 15 years. In terms of materials, high-quality products use FRP composite materials with a wall thickness of ≥5mm, with an overall weight controlled between 800-1200kg for easy lifting and transportation; the built-in steel structure skeleton has a zinc coating of ≥80μm, further enhancing corrosion resistance and structural strength.

Technology Using Storage Tanks and Pallets: This technology uses discarded storage tanks as raw materials, achieving resource reuse through modification. Specific steps include: fixing universal wheels at the bottom of the pallet to enhance mobility; cutting the storage tank to form an open tank, stacking it upside down, and securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws; cutting a rectangular opening as the doorway; drilling holes in the floor inside the tank, inserting elbows and water pipes, and sealing them to complete the installation of the water supply and drainage system; finally, installing sanitary facilities such as toilets, faucets, and washbasins, and making doors with wooden boards and hinges. This technology is cost-effective, but its sealing and durability are significantly affected by material aging, making it suitable for temporary or low-frequency use scenarios.

Steel Structure Welding Technology: This technology uses a 100mm thick steel structure box combined with welding technology to form the main frame, with the load-bearing capacity directly related to a self-weight of 2000kg, offering better integrity than bolt connection solutions. However, in areas with large temperature variations, metal expansion and contraction may cause stress concentration, affecting structural stability. In addition, the rust prevention treatment of welded joints needs to adjust process parameters according to the humidity of the deployment location. For example, in high-humidity areas, more corrosion-resistant coatings or galvanizing treatments are required to extend the service life.
