Outdoor Mobile Toilet Quality

Admin September 21, 2026

The quality of outdoor mobile toilets should be comprehensively evaluated from multiple dimensions, including structural materials, sewage discharge systems, supporting facilities and functions, as well as relevant certifications and implementation standards.

Structural and Material Standards: The main frame is crucial. High-quality mobile toilets often use hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures, which possess high strength, corrosion resistance, and wind pressure resistance, enabling them to withstand complex outdoor environments. For wall materials, metal carved panels and color-steel composite panels are commonly used for exterior walls, while interior walls often employ stone plastic panels and aluminum-plastic panels. These materials are easy to clean and moisture-resistant. Additionally, the interior of the walls is filled with flame-retardant insulation materials, such as rock wool, which effectively provide thermal and sound insulation while meeting fire safety requirements. Floor treatment is also not to be overlooked; it requires waterproof and anti-slip treatment, commonly using anti-slip patterned aluminum panels or reinforced composite flooring to ensure user safety.

Sewage Discharge System Standards: Different sewage discharge methods have varying quality requirements. Water-flush direct-discharge types need to be connected to municipal sewage pipes, with a stable and water-saving flushing system. Waterless packing and microbial degradation types are suitable for places without sewage pipe networks, requiring good sealing to prevent odor leakage and high degradation efficiency. Recirculating water flushing types purify flushing water through biological treatment technology for reuse, with the water purification effect and the stability of the recirculating system being key.

Supporting Facilities and Function Standards: The interior should be fully equipped, with basic configurations including exhaust fans, lighting fixtures, sinks, mirrors, shelves, paper towel holders, and hooks. In terms of ventilation and deodorization, an effective ventilation and exhaust system is essential, usually equipped with high-power exhaust fans or active fresh air systems to prevent odor accumulation. Electrical safety should not be overlooked either; all electrical wiring needs to be moisture-proof, waterproof, and properly grounded.

Relevant Certifications and Implementation Standards: The production of mobile toilets can refer to national standards, such as industry standards like GB/T 18092 - 2000 Waterless Flush Toilets and CJ/T 378 - 2011 Portable Toilets. In addition, when purchasing, attention should also be paid to factors such as the manufacturer's raw materials, production processes, design capabilities, and after-sales service, as these all affect the overall quality of the mobile toilet.
