Outdoor Mobile Toilet Panels

Admin September 23, 2026

Common panel types used in outdoor mobile toilets include metal carved panels, color-coated steel panels, etc. Different panels vary in performance, appearance, and applicable scenarios.

1. Metal Carved Panels
Metal carved panels are a popular choice for the exterior walls of outdoor mobile toilets. Their surfaces are carved with textures such as imitation brick patterns and stone patterns through special processes, combining aesthetics with practicality. For example, special-shaped mobile toilets can use orange brick-patterned metal carved panels paired with galvanized steel frame structures, offering high overall strength and corrosion resistance. The lifespan of such panels can exceed 15 years, making them suitable for long-term outdoor use, especially in scenarios with high aesthetic requirements, such as scenic spots and commercial areas.

2. Color-Coated Steel Panels
Color-coated steel panels are made with galvanized steel as the base material and coated with a colored layer on the surface. They are lightweight, easy to install, and cost-effective. Their flexural and compressive strengths vary depending on the brand and manufacturing process, with some products meeting the load-bearing requirements of mobile toilets. Color-coated steel panels typically have a temperature range of 14°C to 67°C, making them suitable for regions with mild climates. However, in environments with extreme temperature variations, the coating may peel off or deform due to thermal expansion and contraction.

3. Characteristics of Other Panels
The exterior wall panels of mobile toilets come in various shapes, including rectangular, sheet-like, and panel-like forms, allowing flexible combinations based on design needs. Panels from different brands vary in physical properties, such as compressive strength ranging from several hundred megapascals to over a thousand megapascals, requiring selection based on actual load-bearing requirements. Additionally, weather resistance and fire resistance are important considerations. For example, galvanized steel frame structures can enhance overall fire resistance and extend service life.

4. Application Scenarios and Selection Recommendations
For long-term use with a focus on appearance, metal carved panels are recommended. If budget is limited or quick installation is needed, color-coated steel panels offer better cost-effectiveness. In high-temperature or high-humidity regions, panels with strong corrosion resistance should be prioritized, ensuring the operating temperature remains within the material's allowable range. Special-shaped mobile toilets can achieve harmony with the surrounding environment by customizing panel textures and colors.
