Outdoor Mobile Toilet Maintenance Kit

Admin October 08, 2026

Maintenance of outdoor mobile toilets requires targeted handling of five systems: water circulation, waste treatment, ventilation, structure, and power supply:

Water Circulation System:

  1. Water Supply:
    • For external connection modes, inspect the seals at the inlet pipe connections, focusing on whether the rubber gaskets are aged. Replace them promptly if leakage occurs.
    • For systems with built-in storage tanks, test the sensitivity of the water level sensors and the closing accuracy of the float valves. Calibrate the reading deviations in low-temperature environments to avoid misjudgments of water levels.
  2. Drainage Channels:
    • For blockage issues, check the design of the pipe bend angles. If the bends exceed the standard (e.g., 90° sharp bends), clear the deposited solid materials or adjust the pipe layout.
    • Regularly inspect the drain outlet filters to prevent foreign object blockages.

Waste Treatment Unit:

  1. Biodegradation Device:
    • Maintain the temperature within the microbial activity range (usually 20-40°C). Test whether the power of the heating elements meets the standards. Replace the resistance wires or temperature control modules if they are insufficient.
  2. Physical Separation Device:
    • Check the matching degree of the filter layers. The mesh sizes should be appropriate for the water flow rate. Replace deformed filters after long-term use to restore separation efficiency.

Ventilation System:

  1. Exhaust Fan Failure:
    • Measure the working current of the motor. If it is below the rated value, the insulation layer of the windings may be damaged. Replace the motor or repair the insulation layer.
  2. Air Duct Blockage:
    • Test the air pressure value at the end of the air duct. If it is significantly lower than the standard value, clear insect nests or accumulated foreign objects.
  3. Deodorization Device:
    • For activated carbon modes, replace the carbon packs regularly (usually every 3-6 months). For photocatalytic oxidation modes, clean the dust on the surface of the UV lamps to ensure sufficient light intensity.

Structural Components:

  1. Visible Damage:
    • Directly replace visible damaged parts such as broken hinges and malfunctioning door locks.
  2. Hidden Damage:
    • Use ultrasonic detectors to check for corrosion of the bottom plate keels or collapse of the wall insulation materials. When repairing, select fasteners with the same coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction as the original components to avoid secondary cracking due to temperature differences.

Power Supply:

  1. External Power Source:
    • Confirm the stability of the interface voltage (e.g., 220V ± 10%). Install a voltage regulator if the fluctuations are too large.
  2. Internal Wiring:
    • Check the oxidation of the connection terminals in the waterproof distribution boxes. After cleaning, apply conductive paste to prevent poor contact.
  3. Power Consumption Terminals:
    • Test the actual load power. Replace high-power equipment or optimize the circuit design if it exceeds the standard.
  4. Solar Unit:
    • Clean the dust on the surface of the photovoltaic panels. Test the capacity attenuation rate of the storage batteries (replace them if it is below 80%).
